Rahim @ Newport Pagnell was very friendly, sincere and obviously an expert in his field. Made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.

I had sudden heating loss today and thought that my ears need syringing. I phoned multiple places and nobody have any space till January, which would have been no good for me. I phoned the hearing health hub and Rahim said he could see me tomorrow, which would be Xmas eve. I said I wasn't sure if it was ear wax problem or not, so Rahim told me to come and see him today, so he could assess whether it was a wax issue or not - he said he would squeeze me in between appointments I was over the moon because it was so close to Christmas and very annoying. It wasn't ear wax causing the problem when he looked (I was also able to see inside my ear too, which was great) but more than likely a blockage in my middle ear - he gave me instructions on how to clear it. I then asked how much the charge was and he said nothing because there wasn't an issue with wax. I never write reviews, but I felt like I needed to because Rahim went above and beyond. I will now go back whenever I need my ears suctioned and also the advise he gave me to clear the problem has worked, so I can now enjoy my Christmas. I am so glad I have found someone I can trust with my ears in the future.

Visited The Hearing Hub Southend today with one blocked ear and one not so bad ear. Nibin explained everything he was doing and put you at your ease. After irrigation and suction he removed a plug of wax from each ear the size of a tic tac mint - WOW! what a difference I hadn't realised how bad my hearing had got. I can hear crystal clear now. Thanks Nibin! I would definitely recommend a visit to The Hearing Hub if you have blocked ears.

Absolutely first class service. Had both the microsuction and irrigation. Came out to hear the birds singing and the bees buzzing. My only small gripe is that I would have preferred not to see two open topped, near to overflowing waste bins in the treatment room. I didn't particularly want to see what came out of my own ears, let alone what came out of those before me! I'll definitely use them again though.

Just visited the Romford branch for wax removal, excellent service by a nice friendly young lady, they have held their prices unlike some of their rivals.
I would certainly use them again, highly recommended.

Gladys was so lovely and kind and talked me through the process. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and was very professional. I can finally hear properly after a month! I would certainly return if I had need to do so. I cannot recommend her and the clinic enough!

I was desperate to get my ears sorted out and although it was quite expensive for a pensioner, what price can you put on hearing. The procedure was efficient and very effective. Would recommend.

I was very pleased with the outcome of my visit to the Hearing Hub. The technician Neerhu (Sorry for not spelling the name correctly) was very caring and explained everything to me. I can actually hear for the first time in a very long while. I would thoroughly recommend

Arrived at the Billericay clinic, nice reception area pleasing relaxing, sadly told to go round the back for the Hub.
Narrow dark corridor with school plastic chairs. A4 notices on all the doors. Rang the bell as instructed, waited. Time passed, filled in a questionnaire, and a masked young girl eventually asked me to attend upstairs. The clinic, as such a bland room with a desk, computer, medical couch. asked to sit. No names of the two young girls offered. Told to sit on couch. One explained the proceedings to remove wax. No diplomas or such on the walls. Hey ho. One ear problematic needed a flush, girl unable to adjust rate on machine, The other girl attempted but it was painful. So the session ended. Advised a repeat visit was free, took my card details, advised keep using olive oil. Well 48 hours on still the same numb hearing, but my wallet has lost weight! Will I return? No [REDACTED] way. My opinion a bunch of cowboys.

I visited the Hearing Hub on Saturday and my experience was excellent. Georgia was professional, kind and clearly loves her job! She made me feel so comfortable and explained with absolute clarity the produce in an easy to understand, sequential way. This is my first review on Trustpilot and I only created an account to write the following: if you need an ear wax removal service, use the Hearing Hub!

I had such a great experience with the hearing hub after having hearing loss due to ear wax. Georgia was so nice and great at explaining what she was doing . Would definitely recommend the Hearing Hub to friends and family

I can thoroughly recommend Yaseen for his skill and commitment. He went beyond what might have been expected in sorting my problem out.

After being partly deaf due to ear wax I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment with a well-known high street opticians and on the day their machine was temperamental and only able to clear part of the blockage and they made a follow up appointment 2 week later, this time it was not working at all and was told the next appointment was 3 weeks time that would have been 8 weeks in total.
I found The Hearinghub at Shenfield on line at 11am and got an appointment the same day at 15.30, I was treated by a very nice young lady who carried out the procedure and cleared the blockage with no problem at all.
I cannot thank the young lady enough for making me fill like being in heaven.
I would highly recommend The Hearinghub for service and the pleasant young lady.

Took 93 year old mother, blind and hearing aid user to Harold Wood. Took out a nib size piece of wax from each ear by suction. Mother all the way home was singing their praises “magic, I can hear my own voice now, I cannot remember when I last heard my voice.” I had phoned and managed to get appointment within 3 hours. NHS Doctor had previously said cannot see mother for 3 weeks (not impressed) & they did not do wax removal anyway, so after trying olive oil for 5 days booked appointment at hearing hub. Very impressed &, like other reviews I have read, I would strongly recommend.
