The Gants Hill branch of Hearing Hub is the most clinically able of Ear wax removal that I have ever received, the lady spent half an hour on my ears and this is 25 minutes longer than I have received in the past.
I walked in there virtually deaf and when I left there was no further use of my hearing aid, she must have removed all the wax build-up of the past attempts at various clinics,
I could have my wax removed free of charge but I would rather pay to have it done properly by this clinic.
I have never experienced such a difference in the past and feel elated of this treatment.

Had an appointment with Ali at the Cabot Square branch at Canary Wharf today, absolutely amazing, talked me through the full procedure and what to expect, it was a complete success unblocking my ear, showed me afterwards the inside of both ears using a camera linked to a screen. Couldn't have asked for more, totally recommend!!!!

Great service by Penny at Chelmsford branch. This was my third visit and always happy with the service.

Same day Appt was extremely helpful as I was in urgent need of treatment. The ontology technician, Penny was kind, courteous, highly skilled and did a brilliant job.

It was a quick and successful visit, completely unblocked my ears.

I had impacted earwax in both ears and could tell that my hearing had decreased. I visited the Billericay branch in February and was seen by Chinnu who was very professional. I was very nervous at first as I also sometimes experience mild tinnitus. Chinnu was able to reassure me and she was caring during the microsuction procedure. She was gentle and kept asking if I was ok which really helped me. She took her time and has good experience in this field, the procedure was safe and I felt better after.
Chinnu also recommended on how to avoid impacted earwax in the future which is helpful.

I visited The Hearing Hub branch in Stratford (London).
I didn't have to wait and Neethu very carefully and clearly explained everything about microsuction for earwax removal.
The procedure was gentle and painfree! It was great to be able to hear properly again. I have no hesitation in recommending Neethu and this branch.

This was not the first time I’d had micro-suction to clear wax from my ears, but it was my first time at The Hearing Hub.
I saw Chinnu (at the Brentwood branch), who was very thorough. She explained everything she was doing and slowly cleared my ears of wax without causing any discomfort. She spotted an additional problem with one ear and even gave me an information sheet about Eustachian Tube Dysfuncyion and advice to see my GP if my right ear did not improve. I was very impressed by her professionalism.

I received a first class service from Penny.
Explained everything to me and then went about her work , i didn't feel a thing as she cleared my ears of wax etc. I left with my hearing back to normal, which was great . Fantastic job , thanks to Penny .

I visited the Benfleet Hearing Hub about a blocked ear and although it wasn't a wax issue, Chinnu carried out a very thorough examination and was able to suggest things that I could try, that would help.
Would recommend, as very professional and welcoming.

After trying for several days to clear a blocked ear myself I called The Hearing Hub. I managed to get an appointment for the same day. I cannot fault the professionalism and care I recieved. Every step was explained in easy terms. I had to have both ears done, my left being completely blocked and my right was compacted. I would highly recommend them.
