The team did a great job for us. In particular, Dan Kelly was committed to ensuring a high quality outcome. He solved the challenges with thoughtful professionalism and honesty. All of the team were polite, diligent, hard working (despite the elements) and tidy inside and out of our home.

We had most of our windows fitted by Heritage Windows in 2001 and we decided to finish installation on the side of the house which we couldn’t afford then. As expected the service level is very high from the salesperson to the architect to the office admin and to the fitters. Our original windows had a colour finish that was not available with the updated colour charts but this was not an issue for them they mixed and matched so all the windows in the house both old and new have the same finish. We have no problems recommending them unconditionally. Great job and professional finish

Its hard to know where to begin writing this review. It's so rare these days to be able to say that a company have given exemplary service from start to finish but Heritage Windows have. I absolutely have to applaud the internal structure of the business because without fail everyone we have dealt with - from the quote, to surveyor, to installers and accounts teams have been incredibly kind, courteous and effective in their role. We had anamazing account manager Luke. The few issues we did have he went to tremendous efforts to visit and resolve on the day, he's always checked in to make sure we're happy with the solution without requiring any prompting - and just seems to continually go above and beyond.

The windows themselves are flawless, beautiful and in keeping with our 1930s house. This was our biggest (and therefore most anxiety inducing purchase!) and if this is how you're feeling then please take this review as a sign to go with Heritage - if you have half the experience we've had, you'll be delighted.

All communication pre, during and post installation have been smooth. The workmanship looks great, and everything has been finished with real care and professionalism. Thank you!

I had a great experience with the Heritage Window Company. They were very responsive and helpful, and the window is of the highest quality. Thank you Danny!

Our apartment is top floor of difficult to access building. Windows last replaced in 1980s. Taking advantage of scaffolding erected for other purposes we booked THWC for quote, then survey, then job to replace all our windows. It’s been beyond our wildest expectations. Great windows, beautifully fitted , friendly/ no-fuss team and excellent comms throughout. And so little to do internally post installation.

Polite efficient installers. Very pleased with the new windows as we have draught free quiet rooms we had hoped for. The scaffolders unfortunately broke a pane of glass in the front door on removal of scaffolding which was a concern but was fixed within days.

Poor advice - they advised it would be ok to remove the passive ventilation. Now we have mould.

Cost increases - the price kept going up and up until we committed. In weeks.

Finally, 2 years post instalation - handles don't work, fittings falling off.

I regret ever looking them up.

This was the last in a series of window upgrades on our Art Deco house by Heritage. Once again an excellently produced product. The surveyor was first class (as before) and the work was to a very high standard. We had to rearrange dates which was done efficiently and courteously. Work completed well within the estimated time.

We had already used Heritage Windows previously some years before and were very happy with the product and service we received then . We had no hesitation in returning to them once again when another part of our house required re fenestration . A great team from start to finish .

Great service, great speed, good job
Scaffolders could have been quicker taking scaffolding back down after what was just 2-day job. We told the Monday but wasn’t till the Thursday.

Good quality windows, installed without leaving any mess, I would recommend them, a good job all round from Jenny in the showroom to the sales and surveyor and Martin who installed them.

The windows look amazing. The installation was efficient and on time. We now have windows which are double glazed and easily opened while retaining the period feel of the property.

The HWC were professional, courteous and most importantly did a fantastic job in replacing thirty of our windows on time.

They managed the complete process well, from dealing with the original enquiry to the salesman, the surveyor and the excellent fitters plus very friendly admin team.

Every interaction from initial sales visit to completion was handled professionally. I have an art Deco house and it has transformed the house. We were lucky to have a photograph of the house before 1980s double glazing was installed. Heritage Windows reproduced the original look with modern materials.
Completely transformed an ugly frontage to it's true art deco glory. Couldn't be happier.

This is repeat business for The Heritage Window Company as we’d been delighted with French doors they had installed earlier this year. The window replaces a UPVC job, and the difference is amazing. The quality of the products are fantastic; aluminium works so well on older properties. The whole process is very smooth. From the initial booking, through the site survey to check measurements, and then to the fitting - all worked fine. We have another internal door that needs replacing so we shall be back for more.

To tell you the truth I was dreading having my windows replaced, unsure of what to have to keep the character of my cottage, worried about the Company to use, were they reliable,? the upheaval, and mess … ! But all my fears were unfounded with The Heritage Window Company, everyone has been helpful and easy to communicate with, and I could not have asked for better! Very pleased with the end result as well!
