The Heritage Window Company offers good quality windows with skilled and professional fitters. Although not the quickest or cheapest, their service shines during installation. Communication was solid throughout, and their high-quality windows have received compliments. However, the overall process could be smoother and faster. A fair choice with room for improvement. ***

We took a long time to go ahead with replacement windows and did a lot of research. We arrived unannounced at the factory, were made to feel welcome & shown the in-house manufacturing process. A surveyor made 3 visits to make & check measurements, consult on problem areas & brought sample windows & fittings. Our fitters were meticulous & very little making good was necessary.
The product quality is excellent & character of the house is maintained. All round, very pleased.

Good company with excellent installers

Heritage have done a really good job in replacing a multi pane window at my property. They offered excellent value and provided first class communication. Their workmanship is top quality both off and on-site. I really appreciated that they paid close attention to keeping the property clean and tidy as they worked and before they left. The window replaced had grown tired, rotten and dirty and the finished replacement is a real joy. I am very happy to recommend them.

Absolutely over the moon with my new windows and doors installed by Rich and Paul. The quality of the workmanship is second to none. Two lovely guys who were a pleasure to deal with. Can't praise them enough. Without question, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows.

Excellent job and excellent service

Used this company twice and on both occasions they have met our expectations.
Fitters Richard and Dillon and then Dean and Kevin were excellent in efficient in what they did. Back office support with Jenny all also very good.
No hesitation in recommending them.

Would have preferred not to have had the radio on all day.
I didn’t understand that the blinds would not be put back, so now have uncovered windows until I get that sorted out.
Apart from the above two issues, all was well and the fitters were pleasant and well-mannered.
