Myself and my wife are very pleased with our new windows. The service was excellent from start to finish. I was particularly impressed by Robin and Michaels knowledge and professionalism. No pushy sales nonsense from these guys who produced a detailed, competitive quote and comprehensive survey within a few days of their visit. Jenny and the customer service team kept us informed throughout and the 2 fitters were amazing. Paul and Armani were polite, respectful and took great care not to cause any damage. They got the job done quicker than expected and were very clean and tidy. In an industry riddled with cowboys this firm stands out as honest, trustworthy and professional. Thanks for doing a 1st class job.

We have just had our whole house refitted with double glazed windows by Heritage Windows.
The whole team including Paul, the salesman, Jenny and the surveyor were all very informative, friendly and helpfull.
Both installers Kevin and Dean did an exellent job and worked very hard.
We are extremely pleased with the quality of the windows and overall installation and would highly recommond this company.

We'd been thinking about upgrading our Crittall windows for some time and requested a number of companies for quotes. Heritage were competitive and gave us more reassurance that they would not only fit the windows to a high standard using their own employees, but also be around in years to come should we need to utilise their guarantee.
Estimates, measurements and manufacture were all undertaken professionally and inline with our expectations, but the fitting was of an exceptionally high standard with complex cutting required of our stonework to ensure a perfect fit.
We're delighted with the outcome and would recommend unreservedly.

From the very start, when we first met with Vic, there was no sales pressure, at all. Vic is great and was really helpful during the whole process. Heritage’s fitters, Luke and Connor were excellent. They arrived on time every day and got straight down to work, explained everything they would be doing and cleaned up after they finished.
The after-sales service from Jenny and Laura was also perfect, all round a
really brilliant team.

If you have an older property and want to retain the integrity of house, I can recommend that you look at using Heritage Windows. They replaced all our original crittall windows with their double glazed units 13 years ago and we used them again this summer to replace more windows. We are delighted with the quality of all our Heritage windows. As a company they are professional and so helpful to deal with at every stage of the process - from sales, to the survey, to the fitting of the windows. If you want a quality product, excellent customer service and polite and professional fitters then Heritage Windows is the company to use.

We approached getting new windows with caution but had an amazing experience with THWC. The project went well from start to finish and the product itself is great.

This is the third time we’ve used Heritage Windows to replace our existing windows & doors.
Once again they’ve offered us an excellent service from start to finish. We live in an old house which offers up some challenges, but this company resolved them and still managed to finished on time.

Good sales service, was able to visit recently completed contracts similar to mine and talk to clients, survey and drawings efficiently carried out, very good fitting team on site. I’m very pleased with the door and windows.
It took a long time to get the information I needed to select the handles so my door and windows would match but I got the information in the end and the satin chrome handles are perfect.

We had a fantastic experience with The Heritage Window Company. Everyone we dealt with from the initial consultation through to installation was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. The quality of the windows is excellent, and the installation was carried out with care and attention to detail. We're really pleased with the end result and would happily recommend them.

Best avoided. Our installed windows did not include locks and proper handles which were specified in the quote and which we were charged extra for. The installation of the window latches was upside down and needed to be corrected by another window company (!). When we asked for a price adjustment so we could install after market locks (totalling about 5 % of the total price), the installation manager Luke Broomfield threatened us with bailiffs. Very unprofessional outfit.

Recently used the Heritage Window Company for the second time . They remain just as good. Excellent staff with good communication at every stage, They matched the windows exactly with what we had before.
Job completed quicker than expected .

Great service from beginning to end and a fantastic quality product. All new windows and doors on my renovation look amazing, all made very easy for me by a wonderful team who are experts in their field. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
