Superb customer service from sales through to aftercare - everyone on the team obviously takes a lot of pride in what they do and bends over backwards to facilitate the best experience for you. Installation dates were brought forward, when a tiny defect was spotted by the team in one of the windows the replacement was installed in record time...the elimination of condensation after living with it for 17 years makes me happier than I can actually put into words :-) My flat’s significantly quieter and warmer - brilliant result. An all-round awesome experience from beginning to end; I cannot recommend this team enough.

I have just had new windows installed throughout my property by the Heritage Window Company and I can not recommend them highly enough. The service has been exceptional from start to finish and the fitters, Dean and Kevin, were just so nice, extremely hardworking, respectful and attentive throughout; they made sure that we experienced as little upheaval as possible and were a joy to have as fitters on the installation, a real asset to the company they work for … thank you guys! The Heritage Window Company were helpful and professional at all stages of the process. Communication was good throughout. During visits for design, costing and in the installation the staff were friendly and efficient. During the installation they cleaned up to a very high standard both inside and outside at the end of each day. We are extremely pleased with the installation which has improved the look of our property.

From start to installation the team were extremely professional. The finished product speaks for itself. It looks fantastic and feels amazingly solid and high quality. I’d recommend Heratige to anyone looking for a high end window or door.

Communicative and organised team. Had a 12 week lead time for a French door. The fitters, Deane and Kevin were excellent. The door frames are lovley, but sadly the glass panes are reinforced glass and for the French doors I got, each window pane has a little etching in the corner, which is not something I was expecting for a heritage style door.

We cannot recommend The Heritage Window Company highly enough. From our initial visit to the Dorking showroom where we were greatly assisted by Jenny, to site visits from Vic and later from Mike, providing detailed advice, options and planning, to the excellent Martin and Sean, who fitted all windows over an 8 day period, always on time, hard-working and considerate, we were provided with a first rate service. The product, a number of black slimline aluminium windows and a patio door, was of very high quality. The finished look is fantastic and in our view has greatly enhanced our home. We are very grateful to all of the team involved.

Fuss free process. Paul and Liam were polite and efficient. The whole process was a joy and they left the work areas tidy when they finished. The windows fitted perfectly and the finished product is really enhancing the building.

From initial contact to installation, the entire process with The Heritage Window Company has been flawless.
Our wooden framed windows were essentially rotten! We really thought they were beyond saving, despite being an intrinsic feature of our 1900’s Arts & Crafts home. However, the brilliant Design Consultant Robin assured us they could be saved - indeed enhanced - by a comprehensive overhaul & repair, in addition to replacement double glazed cassettes.
Every aspect of the whole process has been seamless: the initial design, communication with various departments (thank you Debbie!) surveyors Dan & Luke, and the final installation by the fantastic Nick, Adam (& briefly!) Paul!
We’ve been so impressed with the entire team, in particular the communication and follow-up from Dan.
We are absolutely thrilled with our windows, they look stunning. We’ve even turned our heating off as the heat & noise insulation has been even better than we could’ve anticipated!

The windows are absolutely top class quality. THWC had a difficult brief with our house in a conservation area but their windows more than exceeded our expectations. There was a glitch on installation day as three had been manufactured to the wrong size but Dan Kelly moved mountains to get them re-manufactured within a week. Very impressed

Paul and Liam, the fitters were polite, courteous efficient and friendly.

My parents are very pleased with the finished product and both Paul and Liam took care to finish and leave the area tidy and finished off around the doors with care and attention.

A superb service from start to finish. Everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Our installation process was quite challenging as the developer had made the window opening the wrong size. The install team were incredibly helpful and practical in working with the developer to resolve the issue. Others would have just walked away until the issue was sorted. I’m very grateful to them for that and would highly recommend Heritage to anyone looking for great quality and service.

We have nothing but praise for everyone we had contact with at The Heritage Window Company. The quality of the installation is excellent and we are extremely pleased with our new double glazed windows including two large curved units.

Service was great from start to finish. Quality of windows to the whole management of the process very good indeed. Would recommend and will use again.

Not the cheapest (though we were also quoted quite a bit more by another company), or the quickest (it was 5 months between our first contact and fitting but we were warned and good companies are busy). However, when it came to fitting the service was excellent. Our fitters, Stuart and Danny, were polite, prompt, tidy, skilled and resourceful, having to make good where our bay had dropped due to lack of support in the previous windows. They were quiet and considerate when my husband had to make work calls and at pains to explain everything they did. The windows themselves are beautiful and clearly high quality. We will definitely be returning when we are in a position to get the remaining windows replaced.

We were helpfully guided, at the outset, through the process of choosing our windows, and some changes we made were patiently dealt with, which we appreciated.
The fitters were helpful, efficient and friendly, covered furniture etc. up well during the fitting process, and afterwards cleared up well. They seemed rushed at the end of the job [partly because they had to build a temporary wooden frame for support to a long window during the fitting.] They did not sufficiently explain the full workings of the windows, how they can be latched in two places; this was also not explained to us on the two previous fittings.
We're disappointed to discover that there is no way of leaving the windows open a limited amount but secured so that they can't be entered from the outside by an intruder -- this applies especially to the downstairs cloakroom window which is a single pane opening from the bottom; two other windows are like this opening onto a flat roof, similarly vulnerable, if left open. The restrainers offered did not serve this purpose.
Otherwise we are very pleased with the appearance and function of the windows.

Kept in the loop at all times. The Guys that came to fit my new windows arrived on time and were professional and worked very hard.
The window themselves are exceptional. I’ve had many positive comments from friends and neighbours.

Would not hesitate to recommend The Heritage Window Company. I was dreading the upheaval of having new windows fitted and we’d put it off for a long time. However, once we found this company we felt we were guided through the whole process seamlessly from the initial consultation and survey to the pre-installation visit.
