Professional from start to finish, and the windows truly are superb

THWC have just completed the installation of 61 windows at my property...I am delighted in all respects. From the first visit to estimate the extent of the job , the survey and then installation I have been impressed by the professionalism and care of all involved. Their fitters were diligent, hardworking, friendly and above all repectful and caring of my home. I have no hesitation in recommending this Company and their product.

When I decided to change the sash windows in my victorian house, I knew it was going to be a tough decision - wood was beautiful but would need painting and maintenance, UPV was not good enough aesthetically. I didn't know much about aluminium window but I made the right decision - they look great, installation had a bit of wobble at the start but all was sorted and the team was amazing. I can't wait to feel the difference as it gets colder.

I am now looking to replace a set of french doors, the back door and add a huge new picture window at the back of the house - and I doubt I will look anywhere else.

I am very well pleased with my four new windows which match the old ones brilliantly.

There had been some initial delay in the production of the windows but I was kept informed about this and, once they were ready, a date for two days' installation was fixed and it all went ahead according to plan. The men who installed the windows seemed experienced as well as being helpful and polite. I was very impressed by the workmanship, the making good and the quality of the windows so far as I can judge at this stage. Paul, the team leader, gave me an explanation about operating the windows which I'm putting into use and the keys were handed over to me. Six windows were installed by two men on the first day and four men on the second day. It was very efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending the Heritage Window Company. It's been a good experience for me.

The windows are of a very high quality and kept the traditional appearance of the property. The installers were here for 10 days and did a marvellous job. Always arrived on time and were busy all day. They cleaned up both inside and outside as they went through each room. We could not fault them and the end job is superb.

Apart from not receiving details of the installation date. Luke and Paul were excellent. Everything was left clean and tidy. Because of health issues I had advised the office I wouldn't be able to clear space for them. The message was passed on to them and it was no trouble for them. Excellent result all round and windows are just what I was looking for. Just need it to be cold and windy to check they're draft proof.

The guys who fitted the windows (Deane and Kevin) were great - friendly, helpful, polite, and they cleaned up as they went along.
The windows themselves look great, my only slight niggle is that the handles protrude further than the window frame so sometimes catch when drawing the curtains

Excellent quality of windows and a great installer team of Stuart and Danny. Windows have exceeded our expectations.

Used them 10 years ago, or just over, 30 k worth of work. Had trouble with windows blowing. A lot , they changed regularly. Some more than once.
10 year warranty has run out and there still blowing. 6 this year. Mostly the opening ones. I’m not covered now , this could go on indefinitely. Very disappointed in their attitude

We've used Heritage over many years, the most recent to replace two exterior doors. They took great trouble to make sure that we were geeting what we wanted explaining the pros & cons of the various alernatives.
After some minor delay with some manufacturing issues (which we were kept fully informed of) the installation was done to an impeccable standard and as an engineer myself I don't say that lightly. There was no damage to adjacent decorated surfaces, no visible gaps and the doors worked fine and are far more secure than the wooden ones they replaced.
They may not be the cheapest but I recommend this company without hesitation, you will get good service and a first-class product.

After being very pleased with French windows they installed in 2019, we chose this company to install double glazing around the house. We were not disappointed. Everything went smoothly and the installers, Martin and Shaun, delivered an excellent result in a friendly and helpful way, taking great care with cleaning up as the work proceeded.

Engineer arrived bang on time and went about his work efficiently. One of the replacements was a particularly fiddly job but he took his time removing the old panel and replacing it with great attention to detail. Customer service were terrific through out , keeping me up to date re the appointment (which had to be rearranged)
