A very good product and great service from The Heritage Window Company

Efficient and fast service

I recently had new windows fitted by The Heritage Window Company. The experience from start to finish was five star from everyone involved and I would particularly like to praise the installers who were always very polite, tidy and professional in their work. Sadly I understand a review was written by someone who lives in our building offering a very different opinion on the installers attitude saying that they were rude and threatening to women. This is completely untrue. I write this review as I understand the impact such comments can have on the company’s reputation which is completely unfounded.

This was the second time I've worked with the heritage window company. Both times I've had a great experience and 3 years after the first installation I'm really happy with how the windows are doing.
This time I had to urgently replace a window due to a break and they were really understanding and supportive.
The installation was exceptionally efficient as they were out of the house before I even started working at 9am.

Usually I focus only on the number of stars... and ignore the narrative. But I hope that someone reads this narrative and is inspired to get any and all work done by this brilliant company. There were some initial hiccups, but easily dealt with, with the right people listening and being proactive. The installation was painless, and the main crew (Stuart and Dan) who attended were - punctual, tidy, good humoured, and diligent with extreme attention to detail. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I am now spoiled, as my expectation for any further work done on my flat, must reach some lofty heights. The next crew better bring their A* game! As HWC has set a very high bar on how things should be done.

The Heritage Windows Team are professional and well organised, reflecting the premium quality of their windows and supporting guarantees. The specification, timetable and installation process worked well. There were no surprises and the team responded quickly to any queries. The installation team were professional, efficient and polite. They made good and cleared up to our satisfaction. We now enjoy the benefits of modern double glazing while retaining the 1930’s ‘Crittall’ architectural heritage.

From start to finish, The Heritage Window Company have been very professional and provided a prompt and excellent service when replacing my flat's windows. Highly recommended. Many thanks for your help.

We have had good communication with the company throughout the process. The team that fitted windows kept mess to a minimum and explained everything fully, doing a great job.

We had our living and front bedroom double glazed by Dean and Kevin - a total of 9 windows with the need to incorporate the existing wooden frames.
Whilst the installation can be noisy and dusty, nothing was too much trouble. They went the extra mile, dealt with any issues quickly and we highly recommend these guys - fantastic service.

We are very pleased with out recent installation of our Windows. Kevin and Dean were very friendly and efficiently changed them over. The wider communications with the other staff at the company was also very useful with speedy replies and helpful information.

The work was carried out to the highest standard and the workmen were courtesy and very professional.

Everyone I have dealt with has been efficient, friendly and helpful. I recommend them whole heartedly to anyone who is looking for new windows or doors, especially in conservation areas.
