Excellent service . Paul & Liam were very professional and got on with the job of installing my windows, even when they came up against an unexpected problem they dealt with it quickly and were very reassuring so no anxiety caused to myself. I would not hesitate to use and recommend Heritage in the future as the whole team in particular Jenny were kind and courteous at all times , kept me informed and nothing was too much trouble .

We had aluminium windows fitted within existing wooden frames. We were very pleased with the service at each stage and the fitting resulted in minimal disruption given the amount of windows fitted across all rooms in the house.

A very pleasant company to do business with from the initial contact right through to completion. The window fitters Kevin and Dean were so helpful going above and beyond really and they even loved the dog too! For a big job it went very smoothly and the couple of issues that arose were swiftly dealt with. I am really pleased with the finished job, it is exactly what I hoped to achieve in my period property.

We recently had our whole house (75 windows!) double glazed by Heritage. It took us a long time to select a company to do the job and we are so so pleased we chose them. From start to finish they were amazing. From Paul (our initial contact) to Mike (the surveyor) to Paul and Liam (who fitted them) to Luke (after sales service), we had 5 star treatment. They were all really lovely people who we were happy to have in our home and all were first class at their jobs. Paul and Liam out fitters, were with us for a fortnight. Their craftsmanship was exemplary. They were efficient, hard working and tidy as well as fun to have around. The house is now fully double glazed and it’s gone from a cold and somewhat bleak house in winter to a cosy, warm home. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Really impressed with this company and delighted with the installation. Our installation team Kevin and Deane were very efficient, cleaning as they went, very respectful workers and always arrived at their advised time. Information was very forthcoming and timely and we were kept abreast of developments.
We have absolutely no issue in recommending this company. Thank you for our super windows, so warm and so quiet and looking so smart. A job well done 5 star plus.

I would heartily recommend Heritage Window Company. The product is fantastic and their staff from Sales to Surveyor to installation were lovely to deal with. Their office staff could not be more helpful and nothing seems like too much trouble.
A joy to deal with.

This is the second batch of windows that Heritage have installed for us. The work (upstairs) was completed to the same high standard as the downstairs set, which was done back in the summer. They look great too, and senior fitter Kevin went the extra mile by not only undercoating but also topcoating the two frames that could not be reached via scaffolding.

We have been delighted with the calm professionalism of the whole team from HWC.
We started looking for replacement doors in 2021 then had to put everything on hold- HWC patiently waited with no pressure and returned to revise our quote this year. They were responsive to all my edits of the surveys and communication was clear and prompt at all times. There was a small gap whilst materials were ready and then 2 doors were fitted in 2 days! Experienced fitters made alterations confidently and competently when presented with unexpected issues and any imperfections were replaced/discounted rapidly. We are saving up for 2 more doors ASAP! They are beautiful, solid, and close so quietly. Thank you so much everyone @HWC.

The Heritage Window Company was recommended and they did not disappoint. From the initial contact to completion communication was excellent. The teams on site were efficient and polite. The managers kept us updated when it was needed. The aluminium windows look lovely, are more secure and have made a huge difference to the amount of light inside the rooms due to their clever surveyor. I would certainly recommend the Heritage Window Company.

In August 2023 we had all the windows in our 1930s Arts and Crafts house replaced by the Heritage Window Company. Our main concern was that the loss of the original steel framed Crittall-style windows would change the overall aesthetic integrity of the house and the new black aluminium framed double-glazed units would make it look very different. We need not have worried. The conservation windows manufactured and fitted by the Heritage Window Company are amazing and the house looks almost unchanged. At one stage the bay window at the front of the house had the new windows fitted upstairs and the originals still in place downstairs. The difference between them was almost indistinguishable and even we had to look very carefully to see the slightly thicker frame of the new double-glazed frames. If anything, the new windows have improved the look of the house as they are more consistent and robust than the old 90-year-old windows. This is certainly the case with the new French windows.
Right from the beginning of the process of dealing with the HWC was efficient and convivial. From the first visit and spot on advice from Robin through Mike’s very interesting survey (I learnt a lot about windows!) and the Tetris co-ordinations skills displayed by Jenny in the office, it all just motored along. The prevailing national economic circumstances meant that the manufacture of the window units took longer than we all expected and delayed the installation a few weeks, but the company were possibly even more frustrated by this than we were. In the end, it was well worth wait. The instal began led by Stuart and Jordan but was helped for several days by Nick and Liam to make up time. Having two teams working simultaneously kept us busy for several days, but it allowed us all to remain on target and complete within the agreed timetable. Good job. Everyone was fantastic and a pleasure to work with.
The windows look great, are superbly keeping out the wind and rain and, overall, we are very pleased. An experience and a company from top to bottom that we are happy to recommend.

The Heritage Window Company made every effort to ensure that we were completely satisfied. The doors and windows they installed are truly beautiful and have made a huge difference to the house.

The work involved the replacement of all our metal casement windows with new double glazed aluminium windows routed back into the frame to minimise the impact within a conservation area.
The team on site were punctual,polite,organised and tidy, keeping us informed of intended progress of the 50+ windows that were installed, plus a fully retractable 4 section patio door. The quality of the work was of a high order and I would be happy to recommend the company for other similar work.

Our Edwardian house has fragile stone edged windows that other companies were nervous about working with.
It was a huge relief to find a company so obviously experienced and capable of working with more unusual properties. We couldn't be more delighted with our windows which have literally transformed our entire home. Kevin and Dean were not only exceptional fitters but were tidy, organised, polite and very considerate workers. Having every window replaced is a big job which impacts on everyone in the house over the 3 week period and they made it as seamless as possible.

Just had large bifold doors and windows installed in SW London. Everything from start to finish was handled impeccably. Communication was great throughout and the actual fitting went without a hitch.
Martin and Sean did an impeccable job. I can’t believe I don’t even need to retouch the walls around the new doors and windows.

The Heritage Window Company provide a value added service and one that we are extremely happy with. Everyone we worked with knew their job, was proactive and client focused. Discussions with Vic on ideas were extremely easy as he was knowledgeable and prepared to question assumptions in the pursuit of the right result; Ed’s survey was extremely detailed, important in getting 21 windows into a period property, whilst Martin and Shaun and the team on installation were absolute stars in getting it done, minimising the impact on us whilst dealing with the inevitable complications with courtesy, a smile and a logical solution. All round a great team and one that we will be asking back.
