Empty box delivery
Purchase a Nike short online, but when I received the parcel, the box is empty, nothing inside. I called HIP CS they just reply they send the item correctly and it shown delivery successful, so there is nothing they can do. I just lost my item and got no refund.

Poor communication!
Placed several orders as item showed in stock but every time my order was cancelled, but no contact from the store to tell me about this, only when I tracked my parcel did I find out the status!
I tried several avenues to make contact, to understand if my order was cancelled or just a system glitch. I placed the order more than once in the hope I might still get the shoes I wanted at a great price, but not to be.
I understand you’re closing but surely you still have a duty to keep people informed and I still don’t know when I can expect a refund!
