Great service overall

Goods sent quickly, correctly and packaged well.
The return was easily processed.
I spoke to a delightful UK based customer service lady about a query I had , she was extremely helpful.
Great dealing with this company.

Always had a great service, if ever had to return anything which is rare I've never had any issues.
Great service all round from looking through the site right up to delivery.

Returned Item

I returned the item on the 23rd of July, as they didn’t fit. I returned them via Evri, but no acknowledgment.
I have emailed but had no reply.
Disappointed as I have previously purchaser from this company.

I received an email from Hip, advising the refund policy, I have since received my refund. Thank you, for getting back to me.

Dear Anne,

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received confirmation of your return yet, and I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us about this.

I can see you returned your items on 23rd July as they didn't fit. Our carrier can take up to 10 days to deliver your parcel to our warehouse, and once received, our returns team can take up to 14 days to process your refund. As today is 31st July, your return is still within this timeframe, and we'd ask you to allow a little more time for this to be completed. You can expect to see your refund processed by 16th August at the latest.

If you don't receive your refund within this timeframe, we're here to help. You can get back in touch with our Customer Care team either via webform or directly over the phone at 0161 393 7057, and we'll be happy to look into this further for you.
