Not happy!

I ordered two items, but was only sent one. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. After a phone call, I was told that I would be refunded. Days later, there is no sign of a refund. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Dreadful refund process

I bought a beautiful lampshade from this company only for them to send the completely wrong item. I requested that it be returned which was fine but then I was told I would have to wait 10 days for my refund. Now if this was a case of me not liking the item and returning then fine but this was their mistake. I should have received my refund much quicker.
I waited the 10 days for the refund and I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited 10 working days. During that time I was told I would hear from the warehouse as to why they sent the wrong item and heard nothing. It didn’t surprise me that there were no lampshades left that I ordered.
I have now called today to ask where my refund is and have been told that unfortunately it wasn’t processed. This is now nearly a month that this company have had my money. This was their mistake and I as the customer have had to follow up. I have to say the customer service person Yasmine I spoke to could not have been more helpful but whomever is running that company needs to sort out their processes. Very poor, very poor indeed and I will not be buying from them again. Seems to me the delayed refund process is another way of making money while my money sits in their bank account.

I'm grateful that Yasmin was helpful, but recognise that this doesn't make up for the overall poor experience.

We're taking your feedback very seriously and are implementing changes to ensure refunds for our errors are processed immediately. I've also requested a review of our warehouse procedures to prevent incorrect items from being sent out.

I am aware Yasmin has organised for your refund to now be processed, with this being expedited in light of our initial failures. While I understand we've lost your trust, we're committed to doing better.
