Wasteful over packaging
Beautiful product at a good price but it came with ridiculously wasteful packaging. Huge box, heaps of paper and card, with a tiny box of cutlery inside. Why couldn't you just send it in the box it came in from Nkuku? It's so sad to be wasteful when the planet's resources are being so over used.
