Wrong item sent
I ordered a standard Peter Reed Oxford pillowcase in October 2023. When I came to use it in May 2024 I found that I had been sent a square pillowcase, which is of no use to me. I'd like to recommend that customers check their orders immediately on receipt, as obviously by the time I discovered the mistake the order was outside the refund window of 28 days.

Poor service
The items I ordered arrived damaged, the returns process was badly managed and I still haven't received my refund. I rang Homeware Outlet to enquire when I would receive my refund and was told someone would get back to me but no-one has. Very poor customer service. Not impressed.

The Homeware outlet provides great…
The Homeware outlet provides great value for money. I have found many quality items for very reasonable prices. Wonderful to see brands from overseas with a reasonable price and postage price.
Having purchases a few times, I have noticed it takes a while to dispatch an order and upon receiving orders, some outer packaging has either been scuffed, damaged or is dirty, which is not ideal when giving items as gifts.
