I ordered 3 robes personalised for my wedding. I paid for expedited shipping. My wedding is in 3 days but I’ve already travelled. No robes, no communication whatsoever, even though I’ve emailed to ask what’s going on. A complete con! Do not order from these cowboys. I will now be fighting to try to get a refund. Fuming 😤

As per your response, that is also rubbish. I’ve waited and had absolutely no email nor response to my email asking where my order is. It’s a shame you can reply to this post but not actually the emails from your customers asking where on Earth the order is. Zero communication has been received by me since I placed my order, nor have I received said alleged refund! Con artists indeed!! Perhaps if less time was spent looking at trustpilot and actually dealing with your customers I might have received my order or some communication!! 😤😫 Please do show me this email!

Bought 6 Gracie robes over the last 6 months, the quality is truly wonderful and they look stunning. The last two robes I bought I asked to be delivered to another address as I was on holiday. The person who was expecting the parcels said that they hadn't recieved anything, it was really stressful as I needed the robes as soon as I was back for my sister's wedding. Emailed little lovebird on the 29th June but had no response. Got off my holiday to find they had been delivered to my address. Not sure if it was my error but a reply just to reassure me would have been nice 🤷 delivery takes the full time that they state on their website so don't chance buy hoping they will come before. Overall lovely gowns and worth the money.

Ordered a Bonnie robe for the day of my wedding and it is amazing! Really good quality and looks great. Will definitely order again

Bought a robe as a leaving and wedding gift. Beautiful gift.
Initial dispatch time was about 6 weeks however once the team knew that I needed the gift a lot sooner as the person receiving the gift was relocating, the team was very quick to turn the order around. The gift was well made and a beautiful coral/pink colour.
Only thing to work on is the dispatch times because if not have chased would not have received gift in time.

Fabulous jewellery at affordable prices. I ordered some earrings for my daughter's graduation and needed them quite quickly. Sue made sure they got to me on time. Great customer service and I will definitely order from The Little Lovebird again.

Ordered several sets of personalised pyjamas. In total they took approx 7wks to arrive, however, they are great. The quality, sizes and personalisation are perfect. I contacted customer service for an update on my order and received a prompt reply with clear information.
I would recommend, just make sure you order in plenty of time. X

From ordering our robes to getting to wear them on the our big day i was so excited. They were perfect. Nothing was to much hassle from my general enquiries to receiving them. Myself and my bridesmaids got to wear them twice over as we married abroad and had a evening reception at home. Thank you again.

I ordered some PJs from here, delivery was earlier than I anticipated and they’re amazing, the company are also very accommodating as I had an issue with another company for some robes for my wedding, emailed and asked if they could help, they were more than happy to help me, made sure my order would be done and here for my wedding, they turned up today (3 weeks earlier than I expected) and they’re so beautiful, I would highly recommend this company to anyone, they’re AMAZING!!

I purchased some dressing gowns for my wedding for myself and my bridesmaids and the littlelovebird were very kind and sent them to me in time, when they arrived I saw the beautiful quality and was very happy. We loved wearing them!

Can’t fault the little lovebird at all!! I have received my order way before i was meant to as I have mistakenly placed my customized order too late, once i have contacted the customer service to cancel it Sue made sure that my order was ready and delivered before i left UK to go back home in Italy to get married. Also the robe is absolutely gorgeous! The customization it’s amazing, even better than the picture! Can’t wait to wear it!

They advertise DAILY on social media yet when you place an order and make payment you hear nothing - or receive anything!

Ordered a non-personalised item on 14 May. Delivery states 3-5 Working Days. Still not arrived. Emailed numerous times. No one has ever responded. Now waiting for my money to be refunded through Paypal.

If they are waiting for stock and do not have the goods to sell don't take customers money! Terrible way to run a business.

- And in response to reply from company - you seem to have conveniently added this new delivery detail of 21-28 days onto your website now. This information was not on the item when I purchased it.

Ordered personalised dressing gowns for myself and my five bridesmaids. Lovely quality material in gorgeous colours, each with beautiful lace detail on the sleeves. I would definitely recommend The Little Lovebird, a professional and efficient service.

The robes were so beautiful and reasonably priced. Ordered as a bridesmaid for my friends wedding! Customer service was great! I missed one robe from the order and they kindly sent it in time in time for the wedding!

Gorgeous robes for my wedding day. Little Love Bird kept me up to date with my order, letting me know when the robes were ready, dispatched and then delivered. The robes are wonderful quality and looked stunning on the morning of my wedding. I would highly recommend them :)

Definitely recommend little love bird! I have ordered all my robes from here for my wedding morning and they are much better than expected!! Amazing quality! I ordered the boxes with the personalised ribbon too and every little detail was perfect right up to the packaging! Will be ordering more from here again. Their customer service was excellent, they were fast in replying and were very eager in helping me as I needed the order faster than standard delivery. They kept me up to date until the parcel arrived at my door. The only thing that topped the experience were the actual Products that looked great. Definitely recommend!!

Pre-ordered my pyjamas early February for
March 2019, had to email to ask where my order was as had still not received beginning of April. Only then was I told there was a delay due to suppliers and it would be another three week wait so I asked for a refund! Only just received my refund today exactly 28 working days like they state but Only after chasing it again! Don’t order! Wish I had seen the reviews beforehand
