Fantastic customer service. When I forgot to change the colour of the lettering on a gown I ordered, I received a message to ask me and check. They also let me change the wording with no extra cost and at the last minute. Very impressed with my purchase and thank you so much.

Gowns are fantastic quality and lettering is brilliant. Superb customer service after my order had to be changed and posted quickly - Sue who I was in contact with was very helpful and got my order to me very fast. Can’t wait to wear them as they are beautiful.

I ordered 7 x non-personalised bridal gowns for my upcoming wedding and I was really disappointed with the quality. I've now sent three emails with still no response to find out how I can return the items for a refund. No invoice was included and the process for returns isn't listed anywhere on the website. I never leave bad reviews but I am becoming increasingly frustrated that I am being ignored. I am hoping to get a response and my money back ASAP.

I ordered 8 personalised robes for myself and my bridal party for my Wedding in September last year & they were all perfect! Everyone loved them! The order process was also very simple and the quality of the robes was amazing! Thank you so much! :)

I purchased the ‘Ella’ robes for my daughter’s wedding, they were excellent quality and very comfortable to wear. Ordering was easy and communication with The Little Lovebird was always quick and professional. I would highly recommend these robes, they looked stunning.

I was really happy when I found the little lovebird. They offered some beautiful style robes with the option of personalisation for a very reasonable price compared to other websites. However I didn't go for fast track delivery which I definitely would recommend if you want your robe sooner than a month after you placed the order. About 2 weeks after I had placed the order I decided I couldn't wait any longer as the robes were a gift so I emailed to ask if I can pay extra to fast track the order. After I had paid the robes were delivered within the week. The robes were high quality and look beautiful. I'm very happy with them

Amazing experience dealing with The Little Love Bird for robes and presents for the bridesmaids.

Excellent quality and a customer service that’s rarely seen these days. Having left it rather late to order some items I received a personal service from the wonderful Sue to ensure that my order arrived at the venue on time.

These are the go to guys for quality and a wonderful experience.

I was very pleased with the robes I ordered. They were so soft and felt lovely to wear on the morning of my wedding day.

Took a long time to receive order, website does not reflect stock levels and they will not reply to emails. However you won’t be told this until you read the small print on the confirmation email, once you have ordered!!! Quality of dressing gowns poor. Also had difficulties receiving refund (non personalised items). I recieved £15 back for a £175 order and it took two emails and over a week to receive the full amount! Poor customer service, I would not recommend and can’t say I have any trust in this company.

They have the most amazing collection to choose from with the perfect colours to suit my wedding scheme. Delivery was quick and they were exactly what I wanted. They looked amazing on my wedding photos.

The most helpful company out there. Last minute order of 8 robes for a bridal party. I ordered the robes only a week before the wedding and they came with 3 days left to spare. The personalisation was lovely and they looked lovely on. A lot of company’s don’t do plus sizes and aren’t true to size these robes were true to size and looked lovely. The material was great and everyone that see them commented on how lovely they were! I have said when it’s my turn to get married I want my sister to use this company to get my robes!

The Little Lovebird were the only company who had the range and quality of products that I needed. The item I ordered was not only high quality but reasonably priced. The best part of ordering with them though was the customer service - they were extremely quick, often replying immediately even at evening or weekends, and they went over and above to ensure customer satisfaction. Fantastic service.
When I ordered robes for my best friend’s wedding I didn’t realise the delivery time. After emailing and explaining that I’d need them before the expected delivery date they arrived within a couple of days. So pleased with the response and service and the robes are amazing. Can’t wait to see the bride’s face when I show them to her. Thank you
