Lovely bed
Lovely bed, very pleased with the standard. Delivery ended up being 10pm on a Sunday night but just Happy to get it.

Ordered bed and mattress website stated 5/10 working days for delivery which is wrong still waiting 2 weeks later, no real person to talk to wrote numerous emails messages on messenger reply only now and again asked for a refund no reply DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE SHOCKING

Very happy with my purchase
I was a bit unsure about ordering a bed frame online, but I’m really glad I did. The frame arrived well-packaged and was super easy to set up — took me around 15-20 minutes. It feels really sturdy and well-made. The design is exactly what I was looking for — simple but elegant. It’s made a big difference to the look of my room. Would definitely recommend.

Pay on credit card so you can claim your money back - they are also editing the reviews on their company website, they have deleted a lot of the one star reviews
If you scroll down you can see my initial complaint. Just for others who are in my situation, I asked for a full refund, said that they could collect the bed. I was offered a partial refund and a replacement bed, which I declined due to my experience. Since then I have heard nothing from the company and am currently in the process of getting a full refund through the bank. If you have purchased recently and can not get a refund go through your bank, but if you are unwise enough to purchase a bed from the company I would suggest purchasing on credit card or though pay pal if that is an option.
This is not a fake review, you can scroll down and see my review of the bed. The company even offered me a full refund if I took down this review. I have the screen shots, so do my bank and trading standards!

Very good experience with the company.
Bed is very good quality no damage or scuffs. Communication before arrival very good as well. Got couple of calls which I couldn't answer but texted back and heard back straight away.

The bed was great
The bed was great, but unfortunately one of the buttons on the head board was missing.
I have emailed 4 times to be told they will send out replacement but I have never received the missing button which is ashame as it has spoiled the bed.
Believe what you read on trust pilot
Samples failed to arrive, communication ignored despite sharing I wanted to order asap. This didn’t give me a great impression as if this was before the purchase I dread to think about the aftercare so I looked again on line and found a much better alternative supplier in L’amour beds …….

Customer service lacking at first, but responsibly handled in the end
I originally placed an order with The Luscious Bed Company on 31 January and experienced a prolonged period without delivery updates or communication, which was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
However, since posting my review, I have been contacted by a member of senior management who personally reached out to explain the situation, offer a sincere apology, and issue a full refund.
While the initial experience fell short of expectations, I appreciate the effort made by senior management to resolve the issue and take responsibility. I hope this signals a more proactive approach going forward.
Resolved
The LBC finally phoned me in person while I was on holiday. I am very pleased to report that within a week from the phone call the matter was resolved. During that week they kept in touch via text and calls. What a difference new staff makes. Thank you.
Sooooo disappointed. Bed arrived and looked beautiful. Sadly the headboard feet were broken I have been trying since 18th February to get matter resolved. Customer Service is appalling from a family run firm. Noone gets back to you and no telephone number to speak to someone. Next step Ombudsman...very frustrating after spending £400 of my hard earned money.

I have previously order from this company before and was pleased with my bed and delivery, so I decided to order another bed. BUT this time trying to order a bed has been horrendous I messaged back and forth with them on messenger and what’s app and I telephoned numerous times over 5 WEEK period trying to get an answer from them, when I finally spoke to someone they said they would send the fabric samples, and I thought that’s it sorted now I’ll get my bed ordered how wrong was I I’m still waiting. I recommend you buy from another company that wants the work.

Parts missing for the bed and 3 months later still not resolved.
Very poor/little communication from the company. Difficult to get hold of.
