Hmm first time purchased from them there was no customer support when I asked about delivery times then when I finally got the bed it had marks and no instructions how to put the bed together not very good quality for the price won’t be getting anything from then again

The bed was reasonable price for quality and happy with the outcome of my comfy bedroom

If you want a pure disgusting delivery & email a fight …. Take them

Your waiting weeks for delivery! Delivery dates were weeks going onto months.
No point of call.

Upon delivery they do not make the boards together!
No nails into the bed or putting the boards together!!!

Great bed! Really good quality, even changed the height for us. Some comms issues at the delivery stage but great comms at the start. Despite the odd delivery time of 6am on a Sunday which was a bit strange we cannot fault the rest of the process. The person had accidentally left phone in the warehouse, hence my frustration of not having my call returned but once I knew that was a genuine mistake and was contacted back all was good. Really happy with this company and service

Never received the samples I paid for! No responce from company! Avoid!!

Just received and unpacked my bed. Everything that supposed to be is there. Bed is beautiful and looks more expensive than it was. Kept updated on delivery day as to timing. Delivery guys polite and respectful. Would buy from this company again.

Lack of communication has been an issue from the start with less than 12 hours notice of bed arriving, text was sent after 20:00 the day before
to say it would be here. When arrived couriers were here less than twenty minutes and provide false information about a second installation team. Tried to make contact through chat and calls and only after wasting most of the day was informed the information about a second team was false. Then previous courier called and started shouting at me down the phone. No apologies have been given regarding this.

Due to issues and services I received requested a return and after having to quote their own returns policy information was agreed but with slight extra charges. This took many attempts as no one ever answers the phone or chat and they take days to respond to e-mails. When you do get a response the information provided is repetitive or false.

I have been provided two dates regarding collection and they have failed to collect on both attempts. No response; no apologies. So now am having to go through external services to get this resolved. Would definitely not recommend.

Just recieved my long coat size M. More like XXS, Company says Australian based. Shipping notifications starts in China, took 4 weeks to get here. Quality is worse than Temu

I ordered 3 items of clothing. Which took over 3 weeks to arrive They were poor quality i paid over $200 i retuned the items the very next day. That was i4 weeks ago. They dont even respond. Clearlythey are scamming me.

Do not order from this site I ordered a shirt for 59 dollars I received the shirt this week it is nothing like the shirt I ordered it would not be worth $ 2 dollars from China . I sent pictures of the one I ordered and the one I received I haven't heard back from them .

Very good quality bed and exactly as on the pictures. Purchased with firm mattress which, so far, is outstanding.
I had some issues with the order, incorrect order was delivered (it can happen to anyone). All was sorted out within 48h, amazing communication. I would highly recommend this company.

My headboard didn’t fit up my stairs as they were to narrow (i didn’t measure it to be fair!) messaged the company. They arrange for the headboard to be remade to the size that I wanted and replaced it with the original. Did this within less than a week. Very impressed. Someone called me when I told them about the problem which shows tough above and beyond to help me solve my issues. Let me do bank transfer when paying for the delivery for the replacement as I had no cash which was handy.

The Charlton Wingback, this bed is the most beautiful and comfortable bed I've ever been on, however, the reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars, was only one man was sent to not only deliver the bed but to put the bed together too. I had to help this man lift a massive and extremely heavy bed to my bedroom, and due to this, I suffered a serious back injury. Please can you make sure that you send out two men for jobs like this in the future? Thank you

I bought a bed and mattress. The bed has been delivered but no mattress. I have emailed twice over a week and no reply.

Recently ordered outoman bed. Bed itself is lovely, however the delivery is very poor. Timewise there was a delay, but most importantly the furniture is not packaged very well so there is damage on the plush material. We didn't bring ourselves to report it as we already had issues with first delivery where part order was in wrong colour, had to chase that to get it rectified a week later. Response on the online chat was pretty quick though but still had to chase. I would not trust to go through this firm again. Shame as the bed is very nice.

Bed was delivered with incomplete parts. I contacted the seller about the missing part but they never got back to me. I had to buy the missing part from another shop.
