Really impressed!
There are absolutely no complaints from us. We’re really happy with the bed! We ordered the Victoria Wingback Ottoman Divan in Pebble Plush. I have to say that the bed looks beautiful in our room and it appears to be decent quality. The price was very reasonable too. We paid extra for the D&I service and it was worth every penny! They came on the day we requested and although they were outside of the initial time window we were given we were kept up to date. The men who came to delivery were very polite and courteous too. We’ve already recommend The Luscious Bed Company to a friend.

Really bad
Really bad, paid postage for samples, I posted on their Facebook page that they never arrived , they immediately logged that they had been posted, but weeks later still no sign of them thank god I didn’t pay out for a bed I don’t believe then to be trustworthy

Really nice bed
Really nice bed, excellent service. Very easy to contact and prompt to reply. Also hadn't realised there was a discount code when I bought the bed. They were happy to refund part of my order the equivalent of the discount code to ensure I didn't miss out. Good company that I would recommend.

I waited for the order for a whole…
I waited for the order for a whole month, they wrote to me from an unfamiliar number that my order would be delivered next week and so for a whole month. Now I want to return my money, they do not return it to me for more than a week. Be careful
