Great bed from a great company. I had looked around online for a new bed for quite a while and then chose this company. I picked out one colour and then decided I wanted another colour. So I emailed them and the change was made. Great communication. Looks very expensive, and very happy with the quality of the bed. Delivery guy professional and helpful!!

No communication
Had a txt to say our bed would be delivered on a certain date, waited In all day I contacted them to ask when they would deliver and they said they would get In touch with the courier. Hours later I still hadn't heard so I had to contact them again, to be told that the bed wouldn't be delivered because the van broke down but I had no communication regarding this. They then promised me I would hear Monday with a new date for delivery. Noone contacted me and I had to contact them again, still no date. I tried calling and noone ever picked up, my emails just ignored. They then eventually gave me a another date and promised me I would be compensated for having to take another day of work and for the lack of communication.
The bed arrived a week later, but again I had to chase this constantly and wouldn't get a reply. I was told I would be compensated after the bed got delivered and I still haven't received anything and emails are again being ignored.
