Arrived with basket part of hot air balloon broken. Obvious glue marks on balloon. Sent back and still haven’t received a refund. Very poor for amount of money you pay compared to other sites.

I love the idea of the shop but package…
I love the idea of the shop but package is very poorly. Got the OlliElla doll in a plastic bag. Not in a box or even paper bag.
There is few imperfections like threads sticking out
(The most annoying on the nose) :( doll is beautiful but for the price I would expect better quality.

Measurements slightly off
I placed my order on Thursday and received it on Monday. I had an order confirmation email sent to me as well as a link to track the parcel. I also got 10% discount for my first order and a discount code for my next one. Overall happy with the service but the products specs were slightly off.
The Nobodinoz cloud cushions say 38cm x 24cm x 8cm in their measurements but they're actually 34cm x 21cm x 8cm so turned up smaller than expected and unsuitable for the purpose.
I wanted them on my baby's changing table to prevent him from bumping his head at the top part but had to find bigger ones and only use these as decorative on his cotbed.
Could be a manufacturer's mistake, but worth checking.

Bad customer service
A glitch on the website didn’t confirm the order had gone through, I didn’t receive an email so assumed it didn’t so went ahead and reordered. When I realised I didn’t receive that email also I checked my junk folder to see two order confirmations. I contacted The Modern Nursery as soon as the orders had been processed , we’re talking within minutes to cancel one order , I’ve still had no response. Terrible customer service.

Forgotten order :(
Contacted customer services after my item hadn't been delivered after a week despite it saying same day dispatch on the website. It was then dispatched and arrived within a few days however I didn't get any acknowledgment or apology for the fact my order had clearly been missed/forgotten. Not ideal having to chase to receive my order, especially with a young child at home- it's extra life admin I could do without. When your market is parents (and specifically new parents!) you should be doing better to provide a good service.
Happy with the product though, just not sure I would order from here again.
