Ball pit is a hit

For what it is very expensive
Not a lot to say here
Was very surprised on how small this item was compared to the price. A wicker basket to fit the front of my granddaughters bike to carry a teddy. My daughter asked us to buy it and for nearly £40 not a great present. Will have to buy something else. Then it will look like she has a present.

This product is intended for use with our range of Dinkum Dolls which fit the basket perfectly, however as we know children may want to put other toys in it, we include the measurements of the product on the product page so that customers can use them for reference and we honour the brand RRP's to represent the quality of the product.
The basket is made from handwoven natural rattan and can be used as a bike seat, backpack and highchair for their dolls and teddies.

Love the play mat, looks and feels fab. Baby boy loves it too. Hated paying the high amount I did though but there weren’t many other option that looked less gareish!

The website let me order a product that…
The website let me order a product that was not yet in stock and let me choose how fast I wanted the delivery (next day options were available at a huge cost) but the product did then not arrive for three weeks. I contacted the company who said it would have been displayed on the website that the item was not yet available, but I didn’t feel it was clear enough at the time of ordering and paying. Had it been clearer I wouldn’t have ordered this item or paid the delivery charge.

Asked to leave a review when I haven’t yet had delivery of my product is asking for 2 stars I’m afraid.
Unrealistic delivery times on the website - understand shipping challenges for large items but now at +5 weeks for a playhouse which had a 2-4 week delivery window advertised, missed my daughters birthday.

This product has a very strong chemical smell. My son starting coughing the day I laid it out - very disappointed as I had high hopes for this purchase! I guess all foam mats will have this chemical smell..

I am so sorry that you are disappointed in the playmat that you purchased from us. Our playmats are free of any nasties, including formamide, and unfortunately, this means that it takes longer for the production smell to dissipate, however, airing and wiping down do speed up this process.
