Highly recommended!

I found the service efficient, helpful and transparent. My mortgage advisor was courteous and considerate at all times and made sure all my questions were answered before proceeding.

Application and process was explained to me clearly and all stages completed, without issue and in a timely manner. I have used the mortgage hut since I got on the property ladder and will continue to use them.

Had a great experience securing a mortgage with Giacomo. Very helpful in explaining every type of mortgage available, what options were or weren't available to us and how best we could proceed suited to our situation. MH took the hassle away from us completely and maintained a great communication with us all the way through!

They submitted our application and they put my husband's date of birth and many other information wrong ..
After we got declined my husband had to ask for the application they submitted so many times , they weren't sending it. finally they sent it but we were shocked to see how many mistake was there . from the date we moved to our property that we renting , D.O.B, address , other dates ...
They were very rude at the end, we asked how they got all this wrong, Some idiot by the name of Jonathon was keep saying ( well mistake happens , what do you want us to do about it, we cant help you now , company policy ) USELESS is the perfect word for this company . even though they had all the information on the documents THEY still got it wrong

Absolutely disappointment, Tracey took every details of me and my wife and she was very positive at the beginning, everything was going smooth till the application went to underwriter.. took two weeks and got and email from Tracey saying( I have had a decision back from Halifax and your application has been declined, and I am unable to replace this to another lender) no explanation why ! If I can appeal , me and my wife was on 100k a year .. we needed 390k .. at the beginning she was so sure that she can get us that but then that happen , which I understand but she didn’t explain nothing ignored all my calls and emails ..

I cannot explain just how amazing, reassuring, helpful, efficient and competent Natasha Strath has been. I was recommended this company though my sister who frequently uses them. My partner had some adverse credit history making the application of a mortgage particularly stressful and more challenging. Natasha was open, honest and knowledgeable. From first point of contact customer service and communication was outstanding. Whenever Natasha said she would call or email, she did. Infact, she even called on days off to ensure we were updated. This was exceptional commitment and she went above and beyond. We were informed of every step and what the requirements were. Natasha made us feel less stressed and reassured us that we would get a mortgage despite some history and explained all options clearly and enabled us to feel a part of the whole process. The only disappointing part was the mortgage provider who didn't offer the best service yet Andy and Natasha's service made this less painful than it would have been. It was totally out of their control and they frequently chased the underwriter on our part. I would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend. Great service and Natasha is an asset to the mortgage hut.

Our initial consultation with the mortgage hut was good - they found us a mortgage product which was great for us.

However things quickly deteriorated once the initial fee of £149 was paid. There were multiple issues which slowed the process for us - we had to remind them on at least 3 different occasions of the correct property address after our application had been submitted to our mortgage provider.

There seemed to be a lot of “passing the buck” between different people in the office, due to an “organisational restructure”

To top it all off, we move into our property to receive an email stating we hadn’t yet settled the final fee of £599 (despite having paid this 3 weeks earlier, on the day requested)

Upon challenging this, we have still not had a reply to my email from anyone from the mortgage hut?

They arranged our mortgage, but made the whole process much more stressful than it was worth - would not recommend or use again after our experience.

The Mortgage Hut offered me an excellent service to my buy-to-let mortgage. Kieren, my mortgage advisor, I was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Once the mortgage application process was completed, Dave kept me regularly updated on the progress made until completion. I would highly recommend the Mortgage Hut.

Dan from the mortgage hut has been truly amazing!! Honestly can’t put into words what a legend this man has been. I needed a bespoke mortgage and my situation was complicated and he pulled it off. He was responsive , available whenever I needed him even out of hours and nothing was ever to much trouble! Great company and highly recommend!!!
