Not a great experience.
Not a great experience… ordered a hoodie which even though XL was more like XXXL. Politely emailed to ask if an in store exchange was possible from Witney but slow response saying return and order again. Wouldn’t send a Large in exchange, demanded I returned and reordered… more delivery charges!! Cost me £9.99 to send back for refund… offered just a £5 refund to reorder and pay another deliver charge… don’t think so?!
While I like to support a local so called family business… they are just a warehouse distributor with no care for the customer… best to order from Amazon?! 🤷🏼♂️

Delivery was prompt...glad all fitted as'returns' policy doesn't appear as straightforward as other online sites. Overall do recommend The Outdoorist...tho I'm only a 'sales' shopper.
