Worst experience with customer service.
Customer service is extremely rude. I will avoid this shop completely. Long story short, I did not understand how to return an item and emails were going back and forth with them until Kevin emailed me with ‘I do not understand why you are have such difficulty’ because I kept asking questions. I am from another country and not familiarise with how they were doing things and it took me a while to understand it, however, I found completely out of place that comment. It was also very condescending. I will not be buying again and I can’t recommended whatsoever.
