In 2015, The Playtime Company was established while Lilli assumed the role of a stay-at-home mother for her eldest son Alfie, while her partner Tanel worked full-time. Following several years of marketing small-scale nursery and playtime items, we initiated a home-based soft play service, commencing with ball pits, which we further expanded with our best-selling soft play products. In 2017, following the birth of our second son Harley, Tanel resigned from his employment to join our business, which subsequently became our primary household income source. Though a daunting decision, we invested our unwavering commitment and diligent efforts into the enterprise, resulting in its prosperous growth since then. In 2018, we welcomed our third son Ozzie, and were fortunate to have the flexibility of working from home, enabling us to balance our business responsibilities with caring for our three children. In 2021, we successfully relocated to our very own UK warehouse, where we now store, package, and dispatch all our products, ensuring a fast and dependable service. This accomplishment is a source of immense pride for us, motivating us to strive for further growth and success. Ordered in July and still yet to receive my order. I have followed up multiple times and still get told "the shipping container has arrived and we're working to send out your order this week"... terrible service and based on the reviews here, it looks like terrible quality too.
Don't waste your time if you wanted to get your order in a timely fashion, you'll be waiting months to no avail.

Terrible Service! Their Bouclé is a cheap knock-off that is worse than you would expect on Temu. Buyer Beware.

The next day delivery from this company was fantastic, thank you so much. I had been hunting for softplay with a quick delivery time after leaving it too late before my son's birthday! Every other company was a 2 week wait. The softplay is of an amazing standard, very sturdy, worth every penny. My 1 year old and 4 year old adore it. Thank you for being there to fix my delivery dilemma!! Great communication too on WhatsApp with my all my queries!
Personable service
This was my first time ordering with The playtime company and they guided me through the whole process over WhatsApp. It felt very personal, which was great. We own a soft play business and they are my go to company!

So happy with my purchase from this company, I previously had the soft play and now purchased a ball pit with colours to match my sons room. I love that I could actually tailor the colours I wanted. Communication was excellent and I received my item very quickly. It was well packaged and I would def recommend The Playtime Company.

Absolutely abysmal. *AVOID*.
Absolutely abysmal service. Never received the items I ordered, and the seller has done nothing but ignore me via e-mail, Whatsapp and over the phone. They are literally impossible to get hold of. Will be reporting to Trading Standards next. Avoid at all costs.

Item Never Received, no refund or even a response provided.
Item never received (a month has now passed), seller refuses to reply to any form of communication - whether it's Whatsapp, Email, phone calls etc. Money down the drain, reporting to Trading Standards next.

So easy to order and compared to other companies whose delivery times were 1-2 weeks for the same products I received my order within 1 working day. I ordered the climb and slide and the quality of this is amazing.

First class service.
Just opened the ball pit as our girls birthday is next week. There are 2 big black marks on the fabric. Not a happy customer. I expect the company to be in contact to replace.
