After initially missing out on a fantastic offer on a discontinued colour of the castle set I sent a mesg asking if one did for any reason become available again could they please let me know.

I ordered a round ball pit & 300 balls on Thursday 10th March,early hours of the morning after I finished feeding my daughter.
The company states if you order before 1pm it's next day delivery.

My daughter's 1st birthday is on the 13th March so I thought it's perfect for the next day delivery.

I never got a dispatch notification and it got to Saturday and I knew it wasn't going to get here whatsoever.
I understand it was the weekend and I didn't expect a company to reply back to my Email regarding what had happened to my order and why hadn't it arrived the next day or even Saturday.

The ball pits aren't the cheapest item at £85.00 but I knew my daughter would love it and how good all the reviews had been and it looked perfect ready for her 1st birthday!

I received an Email back Monday, i appreciate how quick the company replied to me as I was getting a little annoyed that my daughter had missed one of her birthday presents.
They told me that they hadn't got any more round ball pits in-stock until the Wednesday (16th) so I could wait until then for one to be delivered for the next working day.
Or I could have a square ball pit instead that can be delivered the next working day (Tuesday)
They did apologise about the error.
I appreciate the apology,but what I didn't appreciate it that they didn't apologise for the fact that they shouldn't let you go through with a purchase if they haven't got the item in stock,that it was for my daughter's special birthday and not a apology for that.

I've received the square ball pit and it looks just as good as the round one so I'm happy with the item.
I was wanting to order a soft play bundle for Christmas for both of my child this year but with this happening it has put me off a little bit which is a shame.

Ordered the grey step and slide set for my little boy whilst soft play centres were all closed over lock down. Ordered and it arrived the next morning. Amazing service and amazing quality. Hours of fun for my little boy. Couldn’t recommend this company and their products enough!! Amazing.

I ordered the pastel mix midi slide and ball pit as part of a bundle for my daughters first birthday and she absolutely loves it, even our 5yo son enjoys playing with it. It's such a god send to keep the little one entertained when I'm working from home! The colours are stunning and the quality is amazing. The delivery and customer service are outstanding, I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy soft play items & I will be purchasing more when I can find space to keep it all!

we bought the softplay and ballpit for my 6 month old … my older son who is 6 years old is autistic and he has found so much freedom in playing with it all, he even sits in the ballpit to watch the tele, it’s just a lovely set up thank you ❤️ Amazing customer service and the quality is so nice ! The Step and Slide is the best thing we have ever bought as parents! Our little one has Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy, this has helped to build his confidence, helped him learn to confidently climb steps and helped build his strength and muscle, I cannot recommend it enough!

I ordered the mega bundle of the step and slide, ball pit and building blocks on Saturday, and it was delivered today (I'm sure being quite local helped the speed of it) but extremely quick delivery for a weekend order. Now if you want to order for Christmas especially the mega bundle keep it mind it does come it a few massive boxes so make sure you have the storage (totally my fault for not thinking about it) thankfully with his birthday being this weekend I can give him some of it for his birthday and some for Christmas and not worry about storage. Opened all the boxes to check quality/everything was there which is was and the quality of it all is incredible. Overall I am overjoyed with my order, would totally recommend and can't wait for my son to start playing with it all. A massive thank you!
