Would 1000% recommend purchasing from The play time company. We have the pastel slide and castle bundle in pink. The quality is lovely, very strong and well made. My daughter absolutely loves it, it has provided us with hours of fun. Thank you!

Ordered this for my daughters 1st birthday, beginning of August.

Hadn't even been open 24 hours, or even played with as we were out for the day and the stitching all around the top of the foam ballpit had come undone, looked poorly made.

Not happy considering it cost £150 for the set. I have emailed and they said they'd send a replacement cover for the ballpit and well it's now mid October and still waiting for said cover for the ballpit to arrive.

Not happy with this in the slightest, very ignorant.

My items arrived when they said they would great delivery time and came ready for my daughters birthday and I was very happy as they are beautiful play pieces but during unpacking I noticed a hole in one of the foam pieces not a big deal I thought I’ll just contact them and get it sorted, this was on the 10th of September I’m still yet to get a resolution not a single one of my emails have been replied to on Facebook and what’s app they give me a short reply that they will sort but never follow through and they are now ignoring all my communications, whats app, emails, and Facebook . I hate to write a negative review as this problem could of so easily been solved. I’m now having to look into drawing back my money from my credit card company. Really disappointed as my experience started so well, it feels like once they have your money your no longer important such a shame.

I have purchased two items from this online store and I love them both. All my kids love them! They play with the foam set every day, and it gives mommy a little break !!

My husband brought us one of your mega grey bundles (castle blocks, step and slide and grey ball pit) May I add this is amazing price for all 3 items, in theory you get one item for free.

I cannot tell you how much joy and excitement this has brought to our children’s lives! We’ve had it now for a week now and they are literally playing none stop! They love being able to make a den or a tunnel to slide through and enjoy jumping into the ball pit from the stairs! There’s multiple uses for each item and is so worth the money, the material is lovely and fresh!

I have had several compliments about how amazing they think it is!

Amazing company . For a start FREE next day uk delivery ? That alone would cost a fortune . The quality of the mega bundle is fantastic, colour and style. I was in contact with customer services to while I was deciding on which bundle to purchase . They were very fast responding and helpful . Most of all my girls are overwhelmed with happiness at there new castle blocks step and slide and ball pit . Highly recommend the playtime company as a company and for product satisfaction, delivery and service .

Fantastic play item for a VERY busy toddler. So easy to tidy away quickly and neatly. Ticks boxes for us both. We love our soft play 🤩🤩

I ordered a ball pit on Friday and it was delivered by Monday which is excellent. The quality is beautiful and I'll definitely purchase from here again!

Cannot fault my experience. I ordered the step and slide for my little ones first birthday. It was shipped next day delivery and I was updated throughout the delivery process. The step and slide is beautiful quality and my little one absolutely loves it (we have it to him 6 weeks early as we just couldn't wait). I can see him playing with it for years to come.

AMENDMENT:
Following my review, the company contacted me with an apology and a partial refund.

Half of my order arrived, and the other half a week later. When the second half arrived, it was damaged and filthy. I eventually got a response saying a replacement would be sent. I chased and chased it - sometimes with an unbothered response, sometimes nothing - and it eventually arrived almost a month later. Shockingly obnoxious communication and I would never recommend to anyone.

Lovely product and amazing customer service! I ordered the Rainbow Step & Slide and there was a slight mix up with the delivery (it was on time, but the delivery company only dropped off 1 of the 2 parcels). I contacted The Playtime Company and just 20 minutes later I received a phone call from them to say they’d spoken to the delivery company to get it sorted. The second parcel arrived the same day and my son absolutely loves it! It’s so refreshing to see a company sort something out so quickly that it doesn’t even become an issue. Thank you and I’d definitely recommend this product.

Placed an order for softplay for my daughters first birthday ordered just within the time stated for delivery was so relieved when it arrived on time, excellent quality my 7 year old jumps all over it and it’s still as new condition, highly recommend Theplaytimecompany

Brilliant! I ordered it a week ago and it arrived today with no issues even though it stated up to 20 working days. They kept us very well informed via text and email. The soft play itself is very well made and a lovely colour. My son loves it and hasn’t stopped playing with it all day.

I would avoid at all costs.
Ordered 1st Jan for 3-5 working day turn around.
Emailed 2 weeks later to see where my order was. They said it would arrive that week.
It never arrived. Chased them again with no reply. Emailed from someone else's email and they magically replied saying they never had the soft play in stock and a refund would take 10 working days.
I then complained via Instagram and they ignored me. I then told them it was on social media that they were taking orders without having the stock and surprise surprise, they replied!
They then offered a reduced price on one they apparently had in stock. I enquired and what a shock... ignored again!

Do not order from this company. Ordered soft play set 7th November. Website stated 15-20 working days for delivery. Did not arrive. Then promised it would arrive before Christmas. Did not arrive, cited border issues as the reason. Barely any communication, when chased given a rubbish excuse. Then told there was issues with delivery because of Brexit. Promised item would be delivered to us by the end of the following week. Did not arrive. Chased again to be told there was issues with the manufacturer.. requested refund.
Its the complete lack of honesty here that appalls me. Dont site border issues delaying delivery when you didn't even have the product! We've waited 2 and a half months, daughter has missed out on her birthday and Christmas present. Offered a measly £10 credit if we accepted store voucher over a refund.. seriously?! They should have offered to swap to the nearest next product.
Avoid, they use influencers to promote product, seem to care very little about anybody else. They turn off commenting on their posts and delete any negative reviews. Horrid company. Dont seem to be sorry at all and just lie lie lie.
