In 2015, The Playtime Company was established while Lilli assumed the role of a stay-at-home mother for her eldest son Alfie, while her partner Tanel worked full-time. Following several years of marketing small-scale nursery and playtime items, we initiated a home-based soft play service, commencing with ball pits, which we further expanded with our best-selling soft play products. In 2017, following the birth of our second son Harley, Tanel resigned from his employment to join our business, which subsequently became our primary household income source. Though a daunting decision, we invested our unwavering commitment and diligent efforts into the enterprise, resulting in its prosperous growth since then. In 2018, we welcomed our third son Ozzie, and were fortunate to have the flexibility of working from home, enabling us to balance our business responsibilities with caring for our three children. In 2021, we successfully relocated to our very own UK warehouse, where we now store, package, and dispatch all our products, ensuring a fast and dependable service. This accomplishment is a source of immense pride for us, motivating us to strive for further growth and success. Fantastic Customer service and product. Can’t recommend enough.
I pre ordered the step and slide for my son’s Christmas present over a month early. The playtime co. Offer a store until Xmas deal which was perfect for us. I cannot fault their customer service at all. They phoned me when the order was ready to say they could deliver pretty much any time so to just call them and let them know. It helped that they are based locally to me but when I asked, they delivered within 20 minutes and lifted the boxes inside for me. We adore the product which is fantastic quality and a cleverly designed shape to fit a corner. The colours blend in with the decor too. What more could you ask?

Ordered a ball pit from this company. I was so worried it wouldn’t come in time for Christmas, I was reassured by the lovely team who are quick to respond. My order was at my door within a week of ordering and I wouldn’t be happier. A wonderful present for my sons 1st Christmas.

Fast next day delivery
Ordered on a Sunday and item was dispatched on Tuesday with next day delivery, this is the only company who does next day, item arrived prefect and well packed, I was so excited to unpack to play with the kids. I love that you can choose the ball pit balls and they have many colours, ball pit was easy to put together and can easily be wiped down and the balls come with a bag for storage amazing 5*, will definitely Recommend and be buying more items thank you the playtime company for a smooth transaction x
