Amazing service. Super reliable with amazing tracking and really nice and kind customer service. Also, all the shipping I do through them always comes out much cheaper than I think it will be, and I am shipping heavy and large items/boxes. Cannot recommend highly enough.

A brilliant service! The perfect workaround for UK based purchases to be shipped onto Ireland where we moved back to. It’s a service and website that’s really straightforward to use, but if your request is bespoke then Hannah is just brilliant at making this happen, she’s so helpful and prompt in correspondence. Really reasonable charges too. A wonderful service that I wouldn’t be without!

Great customer service. I use this company to order clothes from Vinted and have them sent to Ireland. The shipping fees are surprisingly low as I wait until I have a few orders and send them altogether.

I came across The Post Lady and the amazing team 3 years ago. I had to move from the UK to the US, and was worried I wasn't going to be able to get all of my treats. Boy was I wrong! The Post Lady has been a fundamental part of our life giving us access to all of the UK treats. I've ordered lots of UK clothing brands for my children, formula for my daughter, makeup, food, gifts, and am always coming across new ways to utilise this service. Using The Post Lady has allowed me access to merchandise I would not have otherwise been able to purchase due to some companies shipping restrictions. My items always arrived quickly and safely, and their support has been terrific! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I have nothing but good things to say about The Post Lady! They really go above and beyond to help people. For example, I ordered something from a company for Easter and only received one of the two packages I'd ordered. The Post Lady went looking at local shops to see if they could find me another one.

They also respond to queries in a very timely fashion and offer helpful services in addition to the regular for a nominal fee. This is my favorite company to do business with and their rates are fantastic. I very much appreciate that they make UK-based shopping possible and affordable for me.
