The post lady is always super responsive to any questions and ships super fast. I love being able to shop brands overseas and have access to items I wouldn’t otherwise be able to purchase and it’s all thanks to The Post Lady. The entire crew of people that are there are always super cordial and always go the extra mile to help.

I've been a Post Lady customer for about a year or so now. I originally signed up for just a month but have never looked back. Jemma (and her team) go above and beyond, especially considering the time difference for most of her customers. I would highly recommend The Post Lady!

Jemma and everyone at Post Lady are fantastic! I have use Post Lady for over a year now and it is worth every penny of the cost. Their customer service is amazing and they work quickly and efficiently. They are always transparent with what they know is going on with carrier delays and are on top of it when there are any other issues, which are entirely out of their control but happens with international shipping.

The Post Lady is an amazing service. Very reliable and always helpful. It is so nice to be able to get items from overseas and not have to pay shipping on each individual package. Extremely glad Post Lady exists! I’m able to shop around the globe, though I mainly stick to UK based stores, have everything stored safely and securely in my own storage unit until I’m ready for my packages to be shipped over to me. Post Lady also goes above and beyond by ordering for you from sites that won’t accept a US based credit card. When you’re ready to have all of your packages shipped over to you, they’re packed with a lot of thought and care to keep everything safe. ;)

The Post Lady provides an excellent service storing and shipping things from the UK to the rest of the world. Always kind and professional. Highly recommended if you need a UK based storage or shipping solution.

The Post Lady and her team are an incredible mail forwarding service based in the UK. They only charge a small yearly fee for membership plus a 1-pound/sterling consolidation fee, and very reasonable forwarding shipping rates. The best things about The Post Lady are that they are very very attentive to their customers. All inquiries are handled very promptly and shipment processing is very quick and efficient. They are also excellent at consolidating and packing delicate items for forward shipment. The best thing about the Post Lady is that they don't have any storage time limits (unlike all other mail forwarding services). This means you can store all your packages with The Post Lady for as long as you'd like as long as your membership is current. Ever since I started using them in 2020, they have never lost or mishandled a single package of mine in their care. I have no idea how they are able to provide all their services at such incredible rates, and with such incredible attention to detail, but I am extremely grateful to the Post Lady.
