I’m so embarrassed that I haven’t written a review until now. Jemma and her team have always gone above and beyond to help me since I started using their service. They are always there to answer any questions, always professional and still personable, and helps whenever I run into roadblocks in my purchases. I’ve received multiple boxes already and don’t have anything but good things to say. I highly recommend The Post Lady if you are looking to make purchases in the UK, want the best organized team that knows the business, and want to save money in shipping.

Excellent service. I recently got my first Post Lady box and it arrived in only a few days in perfect condition. The price to ship was very reasonable. The process to place an order is easy and quick. Post Lady is a great value and it’s a lot of fun to open all of the packages with things I can’t find in the States. Highly recommend.

The Post Lady provides such excellent service. First, to have such an efficient service in the first place is helpful and a good idea. I'm able to easily keep tabs on all packages, and there is good communication when packages arrive for storage, when boxes are full, when packages are ready to ship, etc. Prices are reasonable and often what I'd consider a good deal. And the Post Lady is willing to work with you to find the best shipping options and weights. So helpful!

This service is exceptional. As previous reviewers have said, Jemma and her colleagues treat you like family. Emails are answered promptly and couldn’t be more helpful. I had an issue with a parcel going missing with one particular courier (no fault of TPL). Jemma did everything to find it and thankfully was successful. My parcel turned up on my door in Ireland as if by magic and it was like Christmas opening all of the carefully packaged contents. This is an honest company whose true objective is to save you money and take care of their customers. I for one am so grateful I found them.

The Post Lady is my hero!!! I was having problems ordering from certain websites due to them not being able to ship to the US, or shipping was crazy expensive for just a couple items. Now I just use my Post Lady address and it has been absolutely wonderful! Just yesterday I had 13 packages nicely packed into one box and opening it was like Christmas, lol! I am beyond grateful for this service The Post Lady provides :)

This is such a clear and easy service to use. Communication is superb and clear, updated at each point. The bit that really made a difference for us was being able to request a phone number as part of the address meaning delivery this end was seemless.

Amazing service! Communication is excellent, I arranged my shipment and then there was a small delay with the courier pick up, to be expected in these times. The Post Lady kept me informed, found an alternative option and had my parcel on its way with no further cost or disruption to me. Once it arrived I was extremely happy with the careful packaging how it they had efficiently fit my numerous parcels into the box. Highly recommend!

I WAS so excited when my boxes came, Jemma…I totally forgot my plan to take pictures to post. Your packaging-box/extremely strong taping…was phenomenal. Box looked as new once arrived. I could barely open it..the taping wasvsiooo strong! Thank you so much for all you do for us here…I can never seem to let you know in words how grateful I am for you, as I’m sure everyone is! Jemma and her team are amazing! All of my packages show up in perfect condition - they’re neatly packed and easy to sort through. Also - They’ve troubleshooted a return package for me flawlessly, with great communication!

I have never had less than five star service with Jemma and her crew. They answer emails promptly and take exceptional care with all of the stuff I have sent to them. This service allows me to find items not offered here in the US and to save considerably on shipping rates. I am so glad I found her service and can’t thank them enough for what they do.

Nothing is too much trouble for Jema and her team. They provide some of the best customer service I have ever encountered - quick, efficient and customer-centred. And everything arrives as requested, brilliantly and securely packaged and to the correct address (I use two). If you don't have a Post Lady account, you need one! This service is wonderful for people who like to shop overseas and saves you so much money. Jemma and her staff are always so helpful. They respond to messages quickly, have super fast turn around when shipping, always tries to find you the cheapest shipping and will help with placing orders. I've had 2 boxes shipped already (working on my third) and everything is packed nice n securely. I highly recommend this service, I know I will be using it for years to come.

Amazing!!! The Post Lady has first class customer service and is such a wonderful resource. I save so much money by bundling international packages. They also are very, very careful when handling and storing your goods. I once shipped over a handmade tea set and it arrived perfectly intact.
