Great service
I bought a chefs knife for £169 and recived a email from royal mail to day they had my delivery and would let me know when delivery was going to be.
After hearing nothing for a few days contacted Sharp chef , and was informed that Royal mail had lost the knife, and they had no more in stock 😢, so I asked for a refund and recived it in full same day, so can't comment on the knife, but service and communication was excellent

Since RM are experiencing problems in their overseas shipping since 10-1-2023 it would have been customer friendly if you have informed me at least and offered me an alternative shipping option. My order is still stuck where you offered it for transport apparently. You shipped my order 12-1-2023. At that point in time it was clear to UK citizens and companies what the magnitude of the problems at RM is, yet you still shipped my order. I feel there is negligence on your part. Should my order get lost somehow, I will hold you accountable and liable for any consequences.
