No delivery
No delivery, no communication from any previous emails until refund was requested and still waiting for money to be returned. Such a shame and disappointment. Now having to contact my bank provider to try and get my money back.

I can confirm that your full refund has been processed back to your original payment method.
The delivery option selected at checkout was our free in house delivery service, which currently operates on an estimated 4 to 6 week lead time depending on location, and at the time of cancellation the order was still within this estimated delivery timeframe. We also offer a Premium Delivery option for customers needing a quicker turnaround, and we always encourage customers to contact us before ordering if an order is required sooner so we can advise on the best option available.
As a small family business, we carry out many deliveries ourselves and during particularly busy periods this can unfortunately result in longer lead times. All delivery information and estimated lead times are available on our dedicated delivery information page.
That said, I completely appreciate your frustration and I am genuinely sorry that we did not communicate clearly enough throughout your order.
We truly value every customer and I am very sorry again that your experience did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide.

Excellent customer service and an exceptional table and chairs!
The outdoor dining table and chairs we ordered from the Teak Store has exceeded our expectations. The table and chairs are a lovely honey colour and with the natural grain of the wood coming through it looks simply stunning. The edges of the table and the tops and arms of the chairs are rounded beautifully. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from The Teak Store again as we have had excellent customer service from them.
