Hasit Jethwa is a great tutor and thankfully transformed my experience with The Training Room. He was quick to respond to any of my questions and mark my work - providing feedback whenever necessary.

Hasit made the process seamless for me and was very swift in his replies, which was very helpful when you are trying to get through some of the course elements rather quickly!

Awful company, will promise you the world when signing up and constantly on your back for your money, believe I received 7 phone calls when first signing up to get my £2000 joining fee. Tell you your coursework will take up to 15 working days to get marked. Fine. If they actually marked the work! Been waiting over 25 days now for my revised work to be assessed and multiple messages / sent on the google classroom for all teachers to see and no response!
You can truly listen to all of the negative reviews on here and stay far away.
I’ve since spoken to people in person who are pt and have also mentioned the horror stories from people joining this wreck of a company

I've just completed the L3 Diploma in Personal Training with the Training Room and would highly recommend it. I took the hybrid option which meant I could fit the work in around working full time.
The tutors were really knowledgeable and supportive throughout the course, and I wanted to give a special shout out to Mark Fox who was just amazing. Mark really knows his stuff and gave us so much help and support in the online lectures, but also any time I reached out to him. He was really quick to respond, and although I'd finished the teaching part of the course I still felt I had support whenever I needed it.
This qualification really is going to change my life and I can't wait to get going. Thanks again to the Training Room and Mark.

I’ve just completed my course via the E-learning academy and I want to thank Nick Hewett, my tutor for his exceptional guidance and support. He always responded to my emails and marked my work submissions very promptly, giving really helpful feedback. Couldn’t have asked any more of him.

My Tutor Kerry Page has been excellent and I am very grateful for the support I have received from her throughout my TQUK Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (RQF) course. I found her to be very prompt with answering queries and always provided helpful and knowledgeable advice. She was also patient and encouraging with helping me gain a better understanding of the course material. The feedback she always provided was constructive and allowed me to understand any mistakes I had made and how to improve my work.

My tutor is Kerry, she have being very supportive all the way ever since she have taken over my studies. If I have a problem at anytime I can drop her an e-mail and she would reply and outline the information in details. Sometimes I thought that my questions are a bit silly or confusing, due to how the idea comes across. Kerry have never ignored any of my questions and would always feedback on my work. This helped me a lot.
I am thankful for having Kerry as a my tutor.
Panzie.

PURCHASED SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT COURSE IN JULY 2020
I don't usually write reviews, but for this one, I will make an exception. It's been a while, but I feel like I have to come back to this as I believe companies like this shouldn't exist. I am now software engineer in a big company and I'm here to tell you to not buy this course.
First thing you need to understand is that software development is a technical role. The people who are selling this course are not.
Sales team deliberately misleading
One of the primary issues I encountered was the misleading nature of the sales team during my initial conversation with the advisor. I was informed that if I was unsatisfied with the course, I could receive a full refund within two weeks of signing the contract. However, the advisor failed to mention that accessing the course materials would render me ineligible for the refund. This critical detail was, of course, included in the contract, but I believe the advisor deliberately chose their words to entice potential customers.
Misleading Marketing:
The course summary uses certain phrases that are misleading and often turn out to be false. For example:
- "Get your career in Software Development started in as little as 3 months" - This is rather unrealistic for someone with no IT experience. The courses required a lot of studying. I'd say for an average person, it's possible to achieve 1 qualification within 3 months. Completing the full course and getting a job within such a short time is simply impossible or extremely rare. Very few people get their first development job so soon and your marketing campaign tries to paint a different picture which is very far from reality. In my case, it took 18 months to make the transition, and it was not due to the course. Instead, I gained experience as a software implementation technician and worked on programming projects in my spare time.
- "Be supported throughout your studies with your dedicated tutor - they're just an email or phone call away!" - That's an exaggeration. The tutor took 24h-48h to respond to emails and would rarely pick up the phone. He wasn't even qualified in IT and knew nothing about programming.
- "Complete your learning online and have flexibility over your studies – learn around life’s other commitments" - that is impossible given the 12month period. It's achievable to get all 5 qualifications if doing it full-time. But to say that this is possible to do on top of other life commitments is an overstatement.
- Outdated and Incorrect Course Materials.
One of the key issues I encountered was the outdated and sometimes incorrect materials provided during the course.
During the web development module, the course materials discussed supporting older browsers such as Internet Explorer 8. However, catering to outdated browsers is not only considered bad practice nowadays, but it is also a security risk due to their lack of essential security protocols. This oversight in the course materials demonstrates a lack of attention to current industry standards and best practices.
Additionally, I discovered an error in the Python course materials, which I promptly brought to the attention of one of the advisors. While they acknowledged the mistake and it was eventually corrected, I was disappointed that I had to spend my valuable time identifying and reporting such issues. As a paying customer, I expect to receive accurate and up-to-date information, so that I can focus on learning and advancing my skills.
Overly Generalised Course Content.
Another issue I encountered was the overly generalised nature of the course, which covered C#, Python, Java, and JavaScript. In reality, developers rarely use such a diverse combination of languages in their daily work. For instance, a C# programmer would not typically use Java, as they are distinct technologies catering to different applications and platforms.
The course content would only be useful in the rare case of someone transitioning to a company that utilizes a completely different technology stack. However, this is an edge case and not representative of the majority of learners. By attempting to cover so many programming languages, the course dilutes its focus and fails to provide in-depth knowledge and skills in any one particular area, leaving students ill-prepared for specialization in their chosen field.

I’ve just received a Pass ☑️ for my theory exams, so thought a review would be a good commemoration! ⭐️
I took the Hybrid Course; a weekly live lecture on Zoom, coursework on Google Classroom. My tutor Hasit Jethwa is a Physio and amongst other accomplishments. He is highly knowledgeable, a self - confessed nutrition nerd, eloquent, and a pleasure to interact with. I really enjoyed my course, and have taken away so much to carry on learning.
It’s a flexible course style which fitted around my lifestyle and other commitments well.

I am currently paying my professional course (level 2 & level 3) in accounting. Recently I notified the company of completion of my level 2 so I can progress to my level 3. I was basically told that because it took more than 12 months to complete the level 2 they would not provide support for my level 3 (bearing in mind the professional course give you 24 months to complete) they then produced terms and conditions where in small print it states course must be completed in 12 months to progress. What an earth am I still paying for? The tutoring was a joke (if you could get hold of your tutor) the career support virtually no existent and the learning materials where pretty much Identical to that provided by the AAT, who are still providing by the way, unlike you. My advise if your considering a professional qualification is, decide what you want to do and go direct to the governing body, don't waste the money on this company.
Edit: I have also just found out this company is in administration... Where was my notification of this? As I am still paying you monthly.
Edit: In response to your reply, as stated in my initial review. The support you provide in actually attaining your qualification is quite frankly laughable. You are quick to quote all the positives of signing up and gloss over or ignore the restrictions attached. Luckily I have still been able to complete my course with the AAT as my membership still holds up with them and they are not restricting my learning progress. AS ABOVE, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. GO STRAIGHT TO THE BODY THAT PROVIDE THE QUALIFICATIONS.

I have just completed my Level 3 Personal Training qualification and was very pleased with the support I was offered, particularly from Hasit.
