Had a great shopping experience. I managed to buy an item that would have otherwise cost a lot more from another country as well as custom charges etc but through TheUGC they took on all that stress and cost rather than me the customer. The item was delayed at customs given the time of year and the pandemic but the whole time I had great communication from the company...Belinda was wonderful and as soon as she had the stock she posted it out to me and even when the postal system lost it, she immediately sent out another which arrived in perfect timing. I always had quick and great communication which helped me to feel confident with the company knowing they went over and above to get my item to me and reassure me. I bought the WineBlock...and saved so much money compared to buying from abroad.

Items received. Slightly disappointed one item shown as for sale was out of stock but good communication and fast delivery.

Ordered from here as it was the best price I could find online for the product. It arrived quickly and exactly as advertised, and even came with a small freebie gift. Very happy to support a smaller business, would definitely order again.

Has a simple Browsing feature and has a wide variety of unusual gifts. Products came within a week and were very good quality. Would have been 5 stars but some of the products could not be added to basket. This is not to do with products but the website itself.

Spoilt for choice for great gifts! Eventually chose a Rheoscopic ball which arrived very quickly and with a surprise free gift, an actual useful one!

I wanted to buy Christmas gifts from smaller businesses this year. I managed to find the item I wanted through The Unusual Gift Company, it was cheaper than elsewhere and that included the postage. The confirmation email did arrive promptly (it was in my junk folder so I thought I hadn't had one initially) and my item arrived quickly too. Would happily shop with this company again.

What a great company! I had a mix up with an order and it was dealt with efficiently and politely. It makes such a nice change to find an online company who care about their customers, and, if something doesn't quite work out right ( which happens to everyone no matter how much we try) they apologised straight away and found a solution. I'll be happy to use them again!

Had a problem with delivery that wasn’t TUG fault but on the day they went way above what I had expected Berlinda who I had spoken to earlier did no more than send more cartons on same day delivery and received these just in time thank you so much
