My parcel arrived as soon as expected. I would have given FIVE stars but I had expected to get a confirmatory email at the time of my order and when one didn't arrive I stared to worry.

For many years, I always shopped on a different site to get weird or funny gifts (and ideas). When the site I always used went under, I had no idea where to look. I started searching around on google and The Unusual Gift Company checked all the boxes for me (great merchandise, very unique, funny, well priced). Even though I am in Canada, shipping was not overly expensive, everything came very quickly and they were so kind about my whole order. Will definitely shop with them again.

Loved the selection of items on offer.
Ordered the weather sticks which look great and the axe throwing game loooks brilliant. Free gift also a lovely touch.
1 item was not in stock but I was refunded quickly.
Would definitely recommend.

I've now been waiting 4 and a half months for my order. Contacted them multiple times but no reply. Avoid at all costs.

*Thanks for the Reply - but still no direct reply via email - mine is Order #125487. All very well writing on trust pilot to save face, but why not bother to reply directly to your customers. Please reply to my multiple emails, really not great service here!

As expected, although for some reason it came in two parcels a day after each other. A good selection and a bit random, so ok if you do want unusual gifts, but i won;t be getting anything fo my mother in law from this site.

Difficult to review something I did not receive. Due to staff shortages because of covid my order was cancelled and refunded.

Great small British company. Always worth a browse before the big ones. Has many items you wish you had thought of yourself. Recipients of my presents from this site have never been disappointed but often surprised and cheered up. We all need that just now

I love scouring this website for fascinating and interesting gifts. My friends are always delighted with the unusual presents I buy them. Their deliveries are well packaged and prompt, even in these difficult times. We should all support small British businesses otherwise we will be taken over by large, ugly international giants

I’ve used this site many times and each time has been problem free. One minor issue developed which was speedily and efficiently resolved. If you need a gift site for those ’different’ presents, then this is the site for you.

I recently ordered an item for a friend. I thought my order maybe had not gone completely through successfully as it's status didn't change. I contacted UGC for an update and got a very rapid response from Belinda who informed me of covid delays. Belinda again contacted me the morning she also sent me order and it came very quickly! 5 stars for service!!

They even included an additional gift in my package as a thank you which I felt a lovely touch!

Speak as you find is my motto. Reading the other reviews is shocking I can only tell you my experience. We ordered a number of items and all except 1 turned up within days. I emailed about the item that was not included and was told they were waiting for stock about 1 week later it came. We also got a free gift which amused my husband no end. They are offering a £5 per review so take that on board but say they will honour it whether your review is good or bad. I would use this company again I really like the items and could not find them anywhere else.😁

There was a mistake with my order (we are all only human) but she rectified the issue as soon as it was raised, supplied me with a refund as the item I ordered was out of stock and told me to keep the other item as a good will gesture.

I also offered Belinda some feedback on one of the free gifts they offer. She took this on board and was very appreciative of the advice.

As a small family run business I wish them all the best in the future. I will definitely purchase items again and recommend to family and friends.
