I had a small crack on the glass when arrived, called them up and they sent me a new one in the post without waiting for the damage one to go back to them. All arrived safely. They sent me a free label to sent old one back so no cost to me. Very good communication.

Really beautiful, well made and high quality products and great matching options with their affiliated Pendent Lighting company. I used mine in the bathroom so great to find good looking, reasonably priced and safety rated options. Delivery was quick and customer service excellent. I love the finish choices too - would highly recommend this product and many others, it was difficult to choose!

After scouring the high street and internet, I was relieved to discover The Wall Lighting Company. A great website full of detailed product information and when I contacted them with a few questions the lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful!
Since installing them in our bathroom we have had numerous compliments and I’m still blown away by their quality.
I’ve already bookmarked the ones I’d like for when we redecorate our living room!

Terrible service! I ordered both wall lights and pendent lightfittings. The pendants had elements missing. When I called I quite frankly wasn't believed and got asked to check the box twice. The 4 wall fitting were meant to be matching one wasn't. The pendent fittings took weeks to come through. The pick up for the wall fitting took weeks to organise, they couldn't do a time slot so I had to spend the entire day at home. The refund then took weeks. And they had the gall to charge me £15 to have the incorrect fittings picked up! I ordered in September didn't get resolved for nearly 2 months.

I bought a pair of wall lights and squirrel cage bulbs from the Wall Lighting Co back in July. Due to building works we weren't able to fit the lights until September. They look lovely and work well, but by early November one of the bulbs had blown. I was disappointed by this as the bulbs were expensive (around £10 each) and I felt they should have lasted for longer than two months use. I emailed the Wall Lighting Co asking for a replacement bulb, bracing myself for an argument over the length of time it had taken us to fit them etc. But I needn't have worried, they immediately agreed to send a replacement bulb and I received it the next day. Really excellent service. I will definitely shop with you again. Thank you.
