Great Service, spoke to many of the team and all very helpful and knowledgeable, gave me the ideal solution and very happy with the results, some stunning lights that are a real talking point. Delivery was on time and items packed very carefully. I will be looking at lighting in a whole different way from now on, a convert!

Absolutely love my lights from The Lighting Company.....they are perfect. Excellent quality. One of the original lights I ordered was out of stock, however Emma in Customer Services kept me fully informed as to delivery date. In the end I changed my mind and ordered alternative lights......these were delivered within a couple of days. Dee in Customer Services arranged for a refund immediately ( the alternative lights were cheaper) wonderful service throughout 😊

Very slow service
Very slow service. I had to wait a long time for this simple order. I even chased it up with an unhelpful member of staff who was surprised that a few weeks down the line, I was chasing up where my lights were. Ahe assures me she would get them out as a matter of priority and it was still at least a further week before I got the lights. Would not recommend. Product, however was fine and as advertised.

I am really sorry to hear that you were not happy with our delivery service and disappointed to see the 2 Star Review. I have to say this is the first one we have had below 4 Stars and I will be taking this matter very seriously. We are a young company and pride ourselves in delivering the best customer service we can.
On looking in this further I see that you ordered 2 x St Ives Harbour Outdoor Pendant Lights Saturday 26th January 2019. According to our records these lights were dispatched to you on the 2nd February 2019 which was a Saturday and you would have received them on Tuesday 5th February at the latest. This would have been 7 working days since placing your order. We have received no further correspondence from you since the initial order. On Monday I will check with DPD and see if they can go back to February and see when the lights were delivered and signed for but we had no notification from them that they were not received.
Please do contact us again if you would like to offer any further information regarding this serious matter.
24/06. I have looked into this further as promised and the lights were dispatched on 4th Feb 24 Hour and were delivered on Tuesday 5th. This is 7 working days including the order and delivery day.
I am sorry but I do not think the lights were delivered a few weeks or more later than the initial order.
Excellent customer service.
Absolutely lovely eco friendly lamp. I was concerned about whether the lamp would fit where I wanted it to but the Wall Lighting staff were so helpful over the phone and double checked measurements etc. The lamp arrived promptly and well packaged.
I shall certainly be going back to them if I need any further lighting!
