Great customer service! I don't often get to go to this store since the closest location to me is Crabtree Valley mall location in Raleigh. Thanks to Tina and Jay, I had a great experience on my last trip over.

Autumn and Krystle were the bomb at ThinkGeek@Parks. They blew me away with their knowledge on my Funko Pop addiction which is much better than my old cocaine addiction hahaha jk, but seriously I had a drug problem. It all started with my abusive father.... HA got you again!!! My dad walked out on us so I don’t know him. So now I fill the void of my fatherless childhood with the blank lifeless figurines I’ve grown to love. Autumn and Krystle I will be coming back just because of y’all! I need to sell my kidney first. Do you guys know a good doctor or at least a guy with a doctor coat who does stuff like that in his basement on the side? Here I am rambling again... sheesh it’s like shut up dude and go buy more Funko Pops from your awesome new peeps at ThinkGeek@Parks Autumn and Krystle!

Always a fun place to check out, lots of cute hip stuff. We had an incredible time with the staff trying to get some mystery pack merch in For Wayne IN (Archie was so sweet!!) quality people everytime.

It was an excellent visit to ThinkGeek today at the Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso, TX. Andy, the store manager, was excellent help as well as awesome with my family! Assisted us with everything that we needed. Please praise him.

I’ve been to this NYC location a few times. Once accompanying a friend who wanted to buy a figurine and today to get a game that I had trouble tracking down at other locations stores and storefronts. I called Mr. Orlando on the phone and he found the one and only copy left of the game I wanted and put it on hold for me. Made my way into the city a few hours later just to pick up my hold and Mr Isaac found my hold all rubberbanded up and with my name on it and I checked out and was on my merry way home enjoying the game for the rest of the evening. Clean store with great atmosphere and with staff like Orlando and Isaac I won’t hesitate to come through or drop by.

The Thinkgeek over at the Arlington Parks Mall is almost always has what I need and pretty much never lets me down. I’d like to thank Stephanie for the great help.

Tina is a super manager at the Raleigh NC store.. she went out of her way to help us .. was polite and knew the merchandise very well! i give her an A+ all the way!

The service at the Baybrook mall location was fantastic beyond belief. The employee that assisted me with my purchase was very insightful and we had a good time talking about our favorite shows and whatnot. Bro if you're reading this. Mash is best waifu!
