Great service. Got through our side of the home buying process extremely quickly. Highly recommended

I am very happy to recommend Thomas and Thomas without hesitation. I engaged Laura Matthews for the sale of my apartment in Weston super Mare and I was highly impressed. I was kept informed of progress at all times, communication was clear and timely, and responses to my queries were answered swiftly. The team took a 'contract ready' approach to the sale, and once I had accepted my buyer's offer, our side was ready to exchange contracts 3 weeks later.
The sale took several more weeks to complete due only to more time needed by the buyer. I intend to buy another property soon and will be engaging Thomas and Thomas again for the conveyancing.

I was very pleased with every aspect of the process (selling). The team was highly professional and efficient. I am truly thankful to everyone, and especially to Sandra, who was absolutely great.

My situation ended up being pretty hectic, I switched houses late on, broke the chain, had early exchanges… the lot. But Laura was brilliant throughout. She stayed totally focused on what was best for me and made sure there was no unnecessary risk at any stage.

She was always available for a call, gave clear advice, and just made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. Also really appreciated how transparent everything was - no hidden costs, no surprise fees, just honest and straightforward from start to finish.

I’m very unhappy with the service I received. I was told clearly that if I lost or won my case, I would not need to pay anything (“no win, no fee”). However, after my case was cancelled at the last minute, I was contacted and asked to pay charges anyway.

Being let down at the last minute caused me a lot of stress and left me without time to arrange alternative legal help. I feel the communication and transparency around costs were very poor. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
