Zero stars! Avoid Avoid Avoid!

I would give 0 stars if I could - I, like the many others I see here have returned items. I am owed £150 - I tracked the order and it arrived back with them on 9th Jan - I’ve tried emailing and contacting on social media - not a single response. I’m still waiting for my money! My husband tells me they were bought by an American company only a month ago. Avoid avoid avoid! I cannot believe they have taken my money like this.

I ordered two shirts

I ordered two shirts.

Delivery made, timing not an issue 3 working days but I opened the box and only one shirt was delivered. I’ve contacted customer services and like others there is no response. It’s now two weeks and the customer service email is celery not functional. It means an expensive trip and time to the shop in London.

Used to be great quality shirts but that’s pointless if it’s not backed up by customer service.

Awful customer service

Following the common theme here, absolutely shocking customer service. Returned items at the end of December as they didn’t fit, haven’t heard anything since. Have tried contacting them multiple times since with no success. Had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Avoid like the plague.

Scammy return policy. Beware!

I need to return an item and following the instructions for returns to generate a label vis their website I only get a message saying "label failed to generate" but to cantact customer service via email. Email? No one is responding. I"m going to have to take it up with the credit card company. Terrible. No number to call either. I feel scammed!

Care when ordering from this company

Paid extra for a shirt order with next day delivery. Shirt arrived over one week later. Have written twice to the customer service email address and no response from them at all. Astonishingly poor customer service.

Wonderful product, poor customer service.

I ordered a backpack computer bag in the sales. It looked fabulous, was half-price and I have previously bought items from this store and have been most impressed. After placing the order, I saw loads of negative reviews from people not receiving goods or receiving the wrong item. I panicked and contacted customer services to cancel my order. I received an email saying they would contact me in 48 hours and never did. Had they got back to me as promised, they would have got five stars. Bag arrived in record time and is amazing!!! Beautiful bag, tastefully wrapped and extremely comfortable to carry. Bargain!!

Don’t order from this company

My husband ordered 3 shirts at the beginning of December (10th) money taken from our account. No sign of shirts. No response to any customer service emails. No number to call. Basically this company is stealing your money.

Ordered and paid for a shirt but never received it

Update - 13/01/25. Still not received my order that was apparently despatched on 27th December via 48hr Royal Mail. Tracking states Royail Mail are still waiting to receive the item from the sender. Still no response from Thomas Pink, so had to raise a dispute via my bank.

I ordered a shirt on 26 December 24, and received confirmation it had been despatched on 27 December.
Royal Mail tracking still shows ( as of 9 January) they are waiting to receive the item from Thomas Pink.
Tried contacting customer care 3 times since 4th January, but no response.
The item has been paid for and money taken from my account.
I would not expect such poor customer service from this company. No telephone number to contact on. I will now raise this as a dispute with my bank.

Appalling customer service …

A very similar story to the previous review. I purchased 5 shirts and returned two of them through the website on 30 November. Order number FWV67DLWGZBMLNF3.
The Thomas Pink website states that Royal Mail delivered the parcel and it has been received by Thomas Pink. However after 4 emails requesting a refund, I have yet to receive a single email acknowledgment of my return. Needless to say I have not received a refund for the two shirts either. There is no phone number or any way to contact Thomas Pink. I am looking into obtaining a refund via my credit card, I am owed £161 for the returned items.

I bought 2 shirts 28th November 2024 sent both back straight away and no refund. It’s over 3 weeks now. I have sent 4 emails of the whereabouts of the refund and nothing back from Thomas pink. Not even be an email! Does anyone have a number (that actually works) do that I can bc actually speak to someone? Hideous company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THOMAS PINK. HAVE THEY GONE BUST AGAIN?

I have been buying garments from Thomas Pink ("Pink") for about ten years, and was very pleased to learn that the business had been saved.

After Pink relaunched, I took advantage of some of their sales and purchased three blazers in two transactions. This was about 12-15 months ago. Everything was good with the transactions and even the return, too. There was good communication and prompt refunds when they were required. I was happy with the garments.

However, on November 25th, 2024, I took advantage of their special discount for a parcel of three shirts. I placed the order and paid. I received an auto-generated confirmation of order email. Since then, I have received nothing—no confirmation of dispatch. Nothing. I waited two weeks, then found out how to contact Pink customer support.

Nothing.
No reply.
Literally, nothing.

My order for the shirts plus shipping came to over 200GBP.

My only alternative was to raise a case via PayPal. Thank goodness I used Paypal!

I cannot help but fear Pink has fallen on hard times again - have they gone under for good??

I would suggest no one do business with Pink - they have fallen off a cliff!

Ordered trousers twice (Nos. D5S7VFLDMKT5HSF3 and M69W6LWK54GJV4F3) from the website. Got sent wrong sizes both times (slim fit instead of tailored fit; stiched trouser label said former, paper tag on trouser said latter). Sent back for refund but shipping cost was not refunded. So basically lost 10£ due to their error(s). No response to messages.

You would expect an excellence customer…

You would expect an excellence customer service from a company that charges so much for their clothing. It is so shocking how they are so happy to take your money but do nothing to resolve your issues. I didnt get my full order from this company and filled out a request to have them contact me it is now over 10 days of me waiting for a response. Hoping for a better outcome from paypal i wouldnt bother buying from them again!!!

I bought two shirts online two months ago, returned one by post a few days after purchase and was only reimbursed last week. I had written a review here as I was about to file a complaint with Trading Standards.
They finally got in touch (not referencing my earlier review on Trustpilot), apologised as they have replaced their customers manager recently and provided me a 20% off coupon for next buy.
