Website crashed when trying to buy, but they still took my money.
No confirmation email. Incident happened on Sunday and four days later the firm has refused to respond to a single email. Do not shop here, your money is at risk.

I bought a shirt as previously always thought they were good quality. This time they charged me twice for one shirt.
Despite emailing them 4 times for a refund had absolutely no response and no way of contacting them.
Absolutely disgusting customer service

This is not the Thomas Pink of yore. The shirts are surprisingly poor quality. Fabric very thin and of some sort of shiny material with a satiny fit. It gets crushed in minutes. Cut is a bit chunky particularly the sleeves where some sleekness would be appreciated. Limited selections of cuffs/ collars etc. Frankly the quality feels inferior or on par with the familiar stalwarts like CT, Lewin etc. Avoid

Long time buyer, but no more, I recently bought a pair of shirts, and opted to have next day delivery, the carrier is DPD, next day delivery, if offered means next day. Well not for these guys. DPD have not even received the package. So I contacted Thomas pink asking for a refund of my next day delivery fee. Well as most on here. It’s radio silence from TP, also I agree that the quality of the shirts is not like it used to be. I was once a real fan of the imperial range.

Thomas Pink is not the same, quality is down and it no longer has a Customer Service team. No phone number, only online contact page, where no one replies to.

No one gets back to you. I'd avoid this store to avoid any disappointments.

So glad to see Thomas Pink back. I've been buying shirts from them since the late 90s.

I recently ordered three shirts, and they came very quickly. The quality of the fabrics was second to none. Whilst Pink was closed I tried some shirts from other brands, but was not satisfied with their fabric quality.

However, the Thomas Pink shirts I ordered recently were perfect! One of my shirts was made from Swiss fabrics, and the other from Italian.

I look forward to shopping again, I may even pop down to their Jermyn Street store and take a look at their new suits.

Very low quality shirts not comparable to Eton etc, more like a cheap high street brand such as TM Lewin etc. Return very slow, still not refunded after more than a week. Customer service is terrible and no phone line to call.

I've been purchasing Thomas Pink shirts, ties, cufflinks, and other items for over 20 years. I understand that the company had to cease operations during the pandemic, and has re-emerged. Yet, the quality of the items now is nothing like the Thomas Pink I used to know. I'm a US-based (former) customer, and found great pride in wearing Pink items -- and shopping in Pink stores during my frequent trips to the UK and my local store in Washington DC. The last few purchases of during- and post-pandemic items have not been satisfactory. In fact, I'd say they are without question the worst shirts I've ever received. Sizing wrong, buttons misaligned, absurd cuts of fabric, etc. I can think of no other retailer who would have let the low-quality items I received be delivered to a long-standing customer. I attempted to communicate this on the Thomas Pink website -- and, guess what -- it's down.

This company I rated 5* for years. Great quality shirts that I never had an issue with. However since they went bust during covid, they seem to have made the mistake of TRYING to get themselves back on track but to no avail.

I purchased a shirt off their new site and the quality is utterly appalling. A shirt which costs in excess of £100.00 should not have buttons hang off, a flimsy collar that flips up every time it’s worn and naff material that is impossible to iron. A Primark shirt would be much superior to this garbage.

Further more, I contacted customer service to query the quality of this shirt to receive a stupid response asking me to confirm my email. They give a number which they advise you to call should you require further assistance….

On calling them number it’s not even in use.

How the hell could a company which has been around for decades and was initially known for their excellent shirts go down the hill so quickly to become a bunch of such incompetent people?

I ordered a shirt from this company (online) and realised within minutes that I had inadvertently made a mistake. I then immediately wrote to them desperately trying to correct the error but to no avail. I tried the following day to reach them but again had no luck. This company is simply a shambles. I would advise anyone trying to get a decent shirt not to bother with them. This is not the sort of service one would expect from a purportedly first rate company. I have now received a shirt which I do not want, and I now have to go through the trouble of returning it. I am certain they will be just as tardy making the refund as they were in delivering the shirt which only arrived today. Apparently I have just wasted my time and money and may not even receive a refund. This is a totally useless company abusing the reputation it once had.If it carries on like this it is certainly heading for liquidation.

These are the worst shirts I've ever owned. Collar frayed after just a few washings. Cuff ripped mysteriously. Dry cleaner told me material was inferior to explain huge tear when he returned one shirt. Compare that to shirts I've had from Bloomingdale's for decades.

If I could give zero stars I would.
STAY AWAY from ordering anything off this company. I am owed hundreds of pounds due to an error on their website. They refuse to let you speak to anyone in customer service and don’t answer their emails. Been waiting for refunds for nearly a month now.
