Zayn was brilliant - only called in to have a look at the new phone, Zayn allowed me to have a play around with the demo version of the Galaxy Ultra Fold and on the spot upgraded my contract, very friendly and supportive, talked through everything, options etc!

I had a big issue on my account regarding bill that was taken out and it was a lot of money. Went back and fourth numerous times with contact team. No resolution until I came to three Accrington and colleague Shahid Javed resolved everything instantly. I am ever so grateful such a fantastic person so understanding.
