We came in today to sort out a new contract for my mum, we dealt with Fern who was absolutely fantastic, she was fun, chatty everything you could want as a customer facing employee. Instead of just giving us a 'yes' or 'no,' they took the time to explain how a SIM-only plan could help build my partner internal credit score. It’s rare to find someone so patient and knowledgeable. Fern tried to help me get an iphone 17 pro max but unfortunately declined. However she has put me and my partner on sim with 3 so can try again in a few months. Great customer service 10/10
