New contract
We came in today to sort out a new contract for my mum, we dealt with Fern who was absolutely fantastic, she was fun, chatty everything you could want as a customer facing employee. She set up the entire phone, my mum had nothing to worry about as it was all done for her. Fern you were awesome and we enjoyed the laughs and chat with you x

Great customer service
Fern has been so helpful in getting my new contract set up (savings me almost 50% on my old one as I had been out of contract since 2021!) and new home broadband. The customer service was great and Fern solved my problems with ease and speed! Thanks so much 🙏🏼

Fern tried to help me get an iphone 17 pro max but unfortunately declined. However she has put me and my partner on sim with 3 so can try again in a few months. Great customer service 10/10

Fern was my sales advisor today. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about her products l bought a new phone and also bought broadband from her. She went through the process slowly and clearly. She also spent the time to set up my phone. Staff like Fern are very hard to find. I couldn't have got better service from anywhere else.
