Such a friendly interaction
Destiny was lovely and super knowledgeable, directed me to all the details of my contract and what phone would suit my needs. Unfortunately, an administrative issue precluded me from moving forward, and I haven’t heard back from Three on that, but Destiny was absolutely brilliant and I’m so glad it was her who helped me today! EDITING AFTER REPLY: as I said, unfortunately, as she informed me, I can’t become a Three customer anymore, and this after almost a decade. But I didn’t want this to overshadow how understanding Destiny was about this, and she apologised even though it wasn’t her fault. Just to be clear, this is for her, not for Three.
