Amazing experience
So actually I came in to check the plans but Destiny here is such an incredible person, she helped me either every detail and the chat and the guidance looked like she was filled with the knowledge.

Great experience
I went into the Castlecourt store recently with an issue with my phone and spoke with Hannah who was the Assistant Manager of the store I think. She was happy to help me even though I’m not with 3 network, I just went to there because it was the closest phone shop to where I was at! Hannah had the issued sorted in 15 minutes and I am considering now switching to 3. Thank you Hannah for your help!

Hannah Assistant Manager
Hannah at Three in Caste Court in Belfast helped a lot went all the way to download ALL my apps from my old Samsung acct to switch into my new IPhone. Hannah was super very patient and did extra ordinary out of her way and help me. She is expert and knew what she was doing and kept with Three I was about to give up and cancel and go to another company. Hannah did well and above to help me and deserve higher position. Hannah is a keeper made my day

My A15 phone broke
My A15 phone broke. Under guarantee. Poor service from 3. Redirected me to EE. They recommended a complete different service. Why under guarantee. Screen fix. Realised only there to sell. No help after that. Communication is always poor at 3 network. No more contracts! Cheaper to sort things out yourself
