Exceptional service
Popped into the Bracknell Store today and was assisted by both Conor and Steve. I just have to say their help is always exceptional and they never turn me away even if it's a difficult problem! The best interaction I have at any sales store. Thank you Team Bracknell.

Exceptional Service
Today I made a visit to the Three Store in Bracknell, to finally obtain a new phone after 8 years of a pay as you go phone, anticipating a lengthy and complicated process. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Conor. We sat down and I explained what I would like in a new phone and immediately Conor had one in mind for me. All I can say is the service I received from Conor was exceptional and outstanding. Conor was thorough and talked me through the process with ease and clarity. Once all the checks were completed, I left my old phone behind to have everything transferred over. My whole experience was smooth and surprisingly pleasant and I am delighted with my new phone. I will be highly recommending this store.
