I wanted to leave a really positive review for Pip at the 3 store in Brighton.
Getting a new phone is usually a stressful and frustrating experience for me, but Pip made the whole process genuinely enjoyable. The system kept crashing throughout our visit, but he stayed calm, patient, professional and friendly the entire time. He worked incredibly hard to keep everything moving and made sure we had all the information we needed without ever making us feel rushed or like a problem.
It was only him and the manager in store, yet he still managed to give amazing customer service. He made the whole experience easy, relaxed, fun and welcoming, which is honestly rare these days.
Pip is a real credit to the store and deserves recognition for how hard he worked and how well he treated us. Thank you again for making what is normally a hassle into such a pleasant experience.

Pip our advisor was an exemplary of what customer service should be. I’m neurodiverse and very technologically challenged , in contrast to other service providers (EE next door) I was treated with respect, had everything explained and PiP went above and beyond with additional information and helped me select a plan that suited my needs whilst saving me money.
